It is my understanding that this is a relatively new art venue. My experience was fantastic. I attended the opening for Daniel Lavitt’s ChicagoLand, a show consisting of miniature versions of specific locations in Chicago. The attention to detail was phenomenal, and I was floored by the power Lavitt’s electrical work had to convey artistic meaning. Lavitt has created an astonishing hybrid of architectural sculpture and electrical feats. The hors d’oeurves were a nice touch as well… miniature hot dogs and pickles… can’t get more Chicago than that unless you Supersize it!
