Perfect 10 Spa

I have been going to Perfect 10 since they opened. I continue to go here, because since they opened this business, it continues to get better (if that’s even possible). Ping the owner is so professional and truly cares about her customers. In fact, you are treated like family. The other nail tech’s are professional, friendly and truly also care about their clients. They all care that you walk out enjoying and liking the service you received. There is no other place I would even consider going to. If you want a truly relaxing, professional, and excellent done service — give this place a try — you will walk out satisfied and a smile on your face.

Service was alright. The lady that did my nails seemed to be in a rush. She did not even apply a base coat. My first n last visit.

This place is cheaply priced, but that’s reflected in the quality. I had a manicure done on Sunday and by Monday the polish was cracking and by Tuesday it was chipping off completely. I noticed the manicurist did not do a complete second coat on many of my nails (missed spots). Even though it’s inexpensive and close to my house, I will not return. Waste of money.

I went to perfect 10 to get a full set of gel nails. First, they did acrylic with a gel overlay which is not the same as actual gel nails. The nail technician did take her time and the end result looked great. However, not even a week went by before most of my nails came off.
Pros: Walk-in’s, take their time, good selection of colors, and friendly
Cons: Does not do actual gel nails, acrylic nails will fall off within a week, and semi-​cleaned workstation/​tools.

If you want actual gel nails, Izabella’s on clark and fullerton is the place to go!

Pricey and no chip machines are out of date you think they would have qualify lights as well as gel polish

Got my eyebrows waxed and while they did a great job, I noticed the technician reused the same application stick. I’m assuming this is a common practice and I’ll likely not be returning for waxes due to the fear of what’s in the wax and the cross-​contamination from other, more intimate, waxes.

I have literally tried every nail place in my neighborhood and this is by far the best. Super super clean. They take there time and do a great job. The best thing to do is make an appointment.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was here on 11÷12÷14 to get my nails done with my friend getting married, another bridesmaid, and mother of the groom. They said they closed at 8 and my appointment was at 7. To begin I got there and was rushed to the chair without even having time to look at which colors I wanted just because it had been specified that I wanted no chip. She didn’t really understand what I wanted with my nails and kept making a face when I asked her to do a little more to fix them. The brides nails started peeling after an hour of being there. The other bridesmaid got a french and didn’t get a clear shiny coat over. Nothing but issues. I understand that they close at 8 but we didn’t not have to be rushed. Fast forward a week later, my no chip is peeling. No chips should be guaranteed for 2 weeks. I called them they claimed they couldn’t give me a refund and I had to come in to for them to determine if they can fix it. Not even worth my time and money. If you want a great no chip with a 2 week or more guarantee visit happy nails in lakeview!

Ping and her staff are so professional and friendly. As soon as you walk in the door, someone will greet and welcome you. Ping is the best manicurist I have ever met and so charming. As the owner of the salon, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfection — hence the name — Perfect 10. You will not be disappointed at this hidden gem in Bridgeport :)

So I got my mani/​pedi on Sunday ⁷⁄₂₁ and here I am in the Turks & Caicos islands having the time of my life. But yet, 4 days after I get the NO CHIP mani and spa pedi — they are both chipped and nasty! I am so upset with this place and the fact that I have chipped nails 4 days after the actual service while on vacaction. I’ll add 2 pics.
I would not return here and I recommend you not go either.

I took my mother there for mother’s day a few days early and it was packed but they kindly made room for her. My mother keeps on telling me what a nice and meticulous job Sue (?) has done. She got the no-​chip manicure and still raves about it weeks after. I thought the price was high but it matches the sale price of other salons. Very clean and nice people. Call and make an appointment and you won’t be disappointed.

Ladies if you are looking for great nails please go here. Ping does my nails and they are perfect every single time. She’s fun outgoing and a great nail technician. I love love love my nails. Everyone there is so friendly and nice! Great prices. Great people!
