Once again I had to visit this shop. And again they did an awesome job at a very fair price. I will not go anywhere else. Take your car here if your car is not under warranty. You won’t regret it. After a few years of bringing cars here I am very satisfied.

As long as Mike runs this place I will never go to another shop. Price to replace an 02 sensor was well under other shops estimates. Shockingly under. I also brought my car in confident I needed the brakes done. He said I had time and didn’t need the work. This is an honest shop.

I have brought 3 cars to Perfect Pitch and feel like I received pretty good service and pricing. Jim suggested I get a belt replaced and gave me a quote, but I was tight on cash. I moved out of the area and eventually really needed that belt replaced. I paid way more for another place to do it, and took several days to get my car back. Blah! This place is worth driving 20+ miles to get the work done.

Should have wrote this long before. Great place. After getting an oil change elsewhere a problem developed. These guys took the engine apart, found a broken piece of the oil filter in the cylinder, photographed it, put it back together. I received the full cost of the repairs from the oil change shop. These guys go over and above in their ability and honesty.

Two of the most honest guys I have met! This place is a Hidden Gem in Mount Greenwood! In this day and age Cars can cost you tons of $$ to repair. Jim And Mike take the time to explain the repairs you need and go over any questions you may have. They are Five star Quailty in their field! I had to have alot of repairs done to my truck and they not only beat the competion, they walked me through every step! Thank you Jim And Mike!

I have taken several of my vehicles here for service over the last 7 years after a friend recommended them to me. I have dealt with several different employees here and all have been friendly, professional and honest. The shop is kind of a dump, to be honest, but it is a mechanic shop so I wouldn’t really expect much more! What keeps me coming back here is the location, excellent service, reasonable prices and their honesty. On several occasions I have been told by the Honda dealership that I had repairs that were absolutely necessary that would cost over $ 500. I took my vehicle to Perfect Pitch before making these repairs and they told me not everything I was told was accurate and they could do the needed repairs for less than half that price. They have noticed problems in the past that most mechanics would insist was necessary to repair immediately, but have been honest with me and usually told me I could let it go for awhile before it would be a problem if it was minor. I live very close so usually drop my car off for an oil change instead of waiting for it and they always call me as soon as it is completed to pick up. Most recently (10÷20÷11) I wanted to purchase a used vehicle through a seller on Craigslist and Mike (I THINK he may be the owner) did an inspection of the vehicle for me prior to purchase to make sure everything was fine. He did this for free since I have been a longtime customer and as if I didn’t love this place enough, that guaranteed my loyalty.

SOOOO happy I found this place! My friend suggested it. My mechanics name was Mike and he was the best. My Jeep was violently shaking when on the expressway. Guess what? Mike worked at Jeep! Not only was he friendly, professional and SUPER fast getting me my car back but it was VERY affordable!
Mike thank you so much for making my car disaster much easier and cheaper to deal with. You have earned a customer for life. I highly recommend this auto repair shop!
