The store is centrally located. If you are looking for trending clothing and accessories this would be a spot to peek in. The shoe line for ladies is great. There are plenty of sales items. Something for everyone’s budget and closet

I’m surprised by the harsh reviews of the place. Personally I didn’t find the return policy problematic because I tried the outfits both times and both times the sizing was perfect. Secondly, I also liked the customer service. Third, their prices are pretty reasonable(at least in their sale section which they always seem to have). Three stars because of the lack of options — I have been to this place twice now and though each time I found a surprisingly cute and reasonably priced dress, those dresses were the only ones in the whole store that I happened to like. I am also pretty happy with the quality of the dresses I have gotten from the place, especially considering the price(each time I paid $ 20 – 22 for a dress) — the material was comfortable and the dresses well-made.

In a nutshell: I’ve shopped here once before and DONOT recommend purchasing anything online because if it doesn’t fit, you are NOT getting your money back! No returns, only exchanges. If you do take a store credit, no proof of return and no voucher is given. You better just hope it went to your email. Customer service not so great in store. There are too many clothing stores in the world to go through the hassle here. The story: I purchased a jean dress online earlier this week. I usually wear a size small but the dress that I ordered was really tight so I ended up physically going to the store to exchange the dress. Well, they only had one medium size left(the one on the mannequin) so I walked up to the guy at the cash register to ask for help and he had a hard time deciding whether or not he should pause his conversation on the telephone to help me out. He ended up putting the phone down for two seconds to help me out and helped me to the dressing room. I tried the dress on, it fit perfect, but then I noticed that there was a hole on the side of the dress(looked like a moth got a hold of it). The guy says(while holding the phone to his ear, «I can fix the hole.» Ummm, no thank you! I thought it was the weirdest thing. Why would I want to purchase a dress with a patched up hole on the side? So I then tell him that I just want to return the dress. Him: Do you want a credit or would you like to exchange the dress? Me: No thank you, I just want my money back. Well they dont accept returns, even though I bought that dress that same week and even though the last medium had a moth hole in it. Anyways, I tried on a different dress and guess what??? Another freaking moth hole. I didn’t see anything else I liked so I just had to take the store credit. So I was waiting for him to give me a voucher and NOVOUCHER! He say’s it’s in your email. Well guess what, I don’t have that email connected to my phone so I basically had to leave the store and take his word for it because I didn’t need them having my personal email. No receipt, no voucher, absolutely no proof that I returned the dress. TOOMUCHOF A HASSLEHERE and 50 bucks gone if I don’t see anything else I like. And 50 bucks gone if there is no email.
