Im on this system(physiocleanse) now and have had some issues. When I went to find ANY negative comments/reviews there werent any from actual users. It is odd and concerning that there are only glowing responses from users. Where are the complaints???

While I have not tried the PhysioSlow/Training aspect of PhysioLife Studios, I CAN rave about what a great nutritionist Melissa Bowman-Li is– and express how much the PhysioCleanse has helped me. If you are struggling with your diet, feeling lethargic, or want to learn more about detoxing, Melissa is the person to go see! I have lost about four inches in my waist and eliminated my facial puffiness in A MONTH with Melissa’s help. I feel SO much better in just a few weeks. It’s amazing. She has inspired me to care about what I am putting into my body, and I am looking forward to using the tools she has given me to live a happier & healthier life! I am also impressed that she can help with food allergies/hormonal issues on top of diet & exercise. Awesome experience, totally worth it!

I’ve been working out with Estelle at PhyicoLIfe for quite some time now. I have to say that it’s changed my life. The workouts have given me a leaner and more toned body. I have more energy and feel more fit. I’ve lost 20 pounds and 3 dress sizes. Estelle is also great to work with. She’s understanding and accommodating to people’s schedules. Pleasant to be around and takes a genuine interest in her clients. I’ll never stop doing this and going to see Estelle!

PhysioLife is AWESOME!!! The most efficient style of fitness training. With their slow method way of training and the nutrition program that their INHOUSE Dietitian put me on, I saw results and felt more energetic after only 4 sessions! I live in the burbs but work in the city and really have no time to work out. PhysioLife is perfect for me. It only takes 30 minutes twice a week. I go during my lunch break. I highly recommend this for anyone that wants to stay or get in shape or just wants to feel better about themselves but have limited time. You will love it and be amazed!
