Our family had to move to Chicago for my husbands work and we had little to no time to prepare. The place we had lined up fell through and basically had to find a place to live in less than 3 days. We also just had a little girl and were moving cross country with a newborn. The stress was through the roof. Thank goodness we found help with Matt who has taken care of us since arriving. I don’t know what we would have done without his help. He found a perfect place for us downtown. Exactly what we needed. We are so grateful.
Also since our arrival, we’ve been here almost 5 months now and anytime we have needed anything it is taken care of immediately. Our texts and phone calls are answered on the spot and any concerns are addressed quickly. Our little family of three highly recommends Pinnacle Furnished suites.
I know my husband has nothing but great things to say about his interactions with Matt. He truly cares about the renters. Thank you again.

I have nothing but great things to say about PF Suites! As a Property Manager downtown, I work with Matt, Collin, and Steve on a regular basis. All three are thorough, responsive and attentive. Their guests are always their top priority and they take every measure to ensure each guest enjoys their stay. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished rental!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I had to move to Chicago quickly for a job transfer, and Matt at Pinnacle worked with me to find just the right place to suit my needs!!! Responsive, friendly, and FANTASTIC apartments for short term lease-it literally does not get any better than this. 3503 was our unit for 1 month and we really enjoyed it. The management office (Steve in particular) were incredibly kind and attentive during our stay. The unit has beautiful views of this amazing city. The gym is great!
