I have ordered from this location several times since my grand daughter loves Pizza Hut and its always fast good and hot! The Drivers are also very courteous. Thanks for being good in the neighborhood!

Horrible they gave me burnt cheese sticks I opened the box to touch them to see if they were as hard as they look, yes they were. Okay after I touched them a few things went wrong. First, she didn’t want to give me my money back. Second she PUTTHEMINTHEWARMER. So the food that I poked with my fingers Is going to be sold to another customer Eww… Bad customer service!

I place orders through the Pizza Hut website sometimes days in advance. Yet the pizza is delivered 1 – 2 hours past the requested delivery time. What really upsets me is that when I call the manager tells me the order just left. I’m less than 10 minutes away. No apologies offered only that they are busy. The corporate customer service takes several weeks to respond to complaints and then only after my calling back multiple times. The pizza itself was much better when I first started ordering after moving here. Funny, when I had a car and could pick up the pizza it was better. They don’t seem to understand the request for extra sauce. Pizza is ho-hum. Better off getting a frozen pizza. P. S. No dine-in; small parking lot shared with other small stores.

An hour and 45 minutes after ordering wings and cheese sticks, I called to cancel my order(after already calling a few times to see where it was). All the guy said was«aight» and I hung up. 15 minutes later, the driver called and said he was outside. I explained to him that I cancelled the order cuz I’m not paying for and eating cold food. He told me he had just pulled it out of the oven. What I want to know then is why it took an hour and a half to even put my food in the oven. Good thing I don’t live over here cuz I would never order from here again. At least the one by my place gives credits when they mess up. Can you give zero stars?

Never, again, dammit! I hate to bitch but I am so turned off from this location and its surroundings. I have not reached my boiling point with them nor will I give them the satisfaction of getting me there.

I can’t count how many times I’ve ordered a pizza online and get a call from the store 10 minutes later that says that the store is out of regular dough but I can get a thin crust pizza instead. Uhhhh no. I am 90% sure that one of the delivery men is a crackhead. Seriously. On a recent delivery, an hour past the estimated delivery time, I decided to call the store. The guy who answered said they don’t know where he is and he should have been at my house by now. This old ass, gangly, dude shows up on my porch later, scratching his arm, talking about a guy getting shot, police, a huge roadblock, and running out of garlic dipping sauce before handing me a room temperature pizza… With that said, it’s a large pizza for $ 10 and most of the time it tastes good.

They misdelivered a pizza and never corrected. I complained and never received a response from mgmt. I used to order Pizza online but never again from Pizza Hut.

I ordered from them on the day of the Super Bowl online and the stupid part was that when I had gone to pick up the pizzas I ordered they had a line of folks there waiting on orders they called in or placed online. Not only are they slow, but it seems as if they don’t keep orders straight and giving customers excuses when their order isnt fully ready. They have a problem with knowing how to accurately take orders and have them ready for customers to pick up when they place the order online or over the phone. There is no reason for a customer who pre-ordered having to wait on the second half of their order because the people taking the orders couldnt have stuff made on time as promised when the order was first placed. I am surprised this location is still in buisness with the way they do things because I’ve eaten at Pizza Hut and got better service at other locations than this one.

I ordered a pizza online, it was a supreme with changes. It was listed as coming with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions. I changed the ingredients to double pepperoni, bacon pieces, onions, green peppers, and extra cheese. So I basically removed the mushrooms and sausage. When the pizza came, and hour late, it was wrong. It still had sausage. The delivery guy, who yelled at me because he called my cell phone but I didn’t hear it cause I was expecting the bell which he never rang, said to call the store. I did and they put me on hold for 15 mins. Then the girl tried to re-take the order, then came back on to tell me that I had ordered wrong. She said that the supreme comes with sausage no matter what AND that I did not remove it. But was on my receipt with NOSAUSAGE. When I argued she said she would remake it but because I was wrong I would have to wait another hour at least. Not right, I have the damn receipt! They are wrong. Just admit it! And people wonder why I don’t want to call the damn store! Cause people act like bastards.
