Pizza Hut

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut ever, from the Pizza being delivered cold and NOT fully cooked. Everything tasted like rubber and literally no taste. Not to mention the late delivery considering it’s literally down the street from my parents house. (I was watching my nieces and nephews and my little 18month old and couldn’t pick it up). I was so starving. Needless to say I am disappointed and will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut or any other Pizza Hut ever again!

Ordered from here the other night and was very satisfied. The breadsticks were cooked to perfection and came with ample dipping sauce. We tried two types of pizza and I must say the hand tossed and pan pizzas were both tasty. This Pizza Hut just seemed fresh to me. I bet they use organic ingredients or whatever. It just tasted good.

I ordered 3 large pizza. All are a bread with tomatoes sauce with a little amount of cheese, the toppings seems not fresh.

Felt like having a pizza, saw the special of $ 7.99 called to place an order then the special was online only, tried to order it but had no pineapple not stuff crust I called and placed the order mushroom and ham. Picked it up arrived home and Then I see JALAPEÑO AND PEPPERONI AND DIDNT question why the total was $ 21. Called spoke with the manager and she dare to say she was too busy and didn’t had time for me and send me a pizza. Way to please a costumer her excuse is that they are too busy and that they are humans. Why not try help make the costumer and the family night a good experience!!! So disappointing!!!

We just ordered a pizza (3 hours ago) and the pizza arrived about an hour after estimated delivery time cold/​dry/​hard and old. After contacting the store twice no explanation was given for the delay or the poor quality of food. Don’t order from here

Still furious. Waited over 3 hours was told I was next every time I called (3×20 minutes between each call). Cancelled my delivery and said I’d pick it up. Went there they had a line, someone else’s order wasn’t entered, and they had the Super Bowl playing in the kitchen. The manager said she was too busy to turn off the tv. I finally got my order after waiting 10 minutes past the anticipated finish time. I gave my order to the Walgreens team down the street because I no longer wanted it after the fight. Will never order from there again.

the pie was a little undercooked. if you live in the area, the location on Kimball is better!

Had a huge craving for stuffed crust pizza and it just wasn’t that great. I ended up putting it in the oven and got the crust a little crispier and it was much better
Ordered breadsticks and there was zero sauce

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 15 years and always order from a different local pizza establishment. This was going to cause problems tonight, as our usual go-​to venue offers too many choices which is great, but can quickly get pricey. I really needed my kids to focus quickly so that we could order, eat, and move on to more important activities.
I ordered online. 2 large hand-​tossed pizzas, one all cheese, the other: pepperoni & olives. Delivery was within 30 minutes, driver was kind and professional, the pizza was hot, fresh and exactly as ordered. Toppings were not over-​abundant, but not chintzy either. Everyone, without exception, commented that it was REALLY good. My son commented that he liked that the cheese pizza had very little sauce, so if you’re into sauce, this is just not your type of pizza. For down and dirty cheap delivery pizza this is an option I’m happy to add to my collection of neighborhood possibilities.

I order from here once in a big while when I don’t feel like cooking plus I live down the street. Pizza is just okay,. I actually felt «daring «and ordered the waffle fries and I was disappointed, stale not even a crunch. I tried the wings from this place before and well I would not buy again. Customer service is okay .I guess its convenient if you leave near and dont feel like cooking

Horrible microwaved tasting pizza, barely any toppings or cheese. Rude customer service when I had to call because the delivery driver was 30 minutes late. Did not include the sauce that I had to pay extra for. NEVER ordering from this disgusting place again.

Disgusting. Terrible. I felt like they threw a piece of old bread loaf rotten in the dumpster for few days and dipped in oil that was used to fry chicken claws in a cheap Chinese buffet multiple times. I felt violated and cheated. I ordered a pizza «rich» in toppings to a maximum level. But. What they gave me was something else. I believe it’s this location. There are other better locations little further east where I didn’t have any issues previously. I believe the employees at this location are terrible especially the ones work in the kitchen. They are probably being abused by a horrible boss so that they take it out on the customers. Please avoid this location at any cost. Especially if you have kids thinking of a family pizza day, stay away from this disgusting, dishonest place. The minimum is 1 star, I would go for «0» star or –4 stars

I enjoy Pizza Hut every once in a while, but nearly all the locations in Chicago are terrible. They never put enough sauce on the pizza and the service is pretty terrible. One plus is that they are usually on time for pickup.

Disgusting. I don’t normally order from pizza hut but how can pizza be so bad, it’s pizza! I asked for extra sauce because pizza from this place is usually severely lacking in sauce. Didn’t get extra sauce of course. Pizza was salty, it was just gross. Unbelievable. Never again.

They’re superb during day hours the mgmt is very professional. However when the sun sets somehow they screw up the orders make you wait almost two hours for a simple pizza

I came to pick up my pizza at 9:15pm (Called and informed the store that I would be arriving at that time to pick up my pizza even though I ordered it at 7:25)I came into the store paid for my purchase the cashier was very nice. Got home at 10pm to find that I picked up a plain Cheese pizza.
Not what I ordered, in fact, cheese is a far cry from half Hawaiian pizza and half bacon and pepperoni with extra cheese and stuffed crust. How could you possibly take $ 20 for a $ 10 pizza and not know it?
For just a moment — think about something you have wanted for months, and you finally get it, and it’s not what you have been craving at all. You are ruined, no appetite any longer. This is the pain of craving stuffed crust, being relegated to one chain who makes it, and then your dream being snuffed out as quickly as the money changed hands… that is pain.
I called the store and they apologized and offered to have my correct pizza delivered, picked up, or a credit to my «Account.» I was going to have it delivered and thats when they told me that they don’t deliver to me. For those of you that use street parking at 10pm on a Sunday night in Chicago, you realize that I was not moving my car to make a 40 minute round trip because they screwed up.
The pizza was in fact dry, like it had been under heat lamps since 7:30pm, very tasteless, and the cheese barely made it within 3″ of the edge of the crust.
Pizza Hut has gone waaaaaaaay down in the last 20 years. Pizza Huts used to have a salad bar, and a wait staff — now you are lucky if you can sit at all since they are all Pizza Hut «Express» now. Total garbage.
It is sad to say, but I was ready to order from Dominos at this point.

For chain pizza, I gotta admit this place is our family’s go-​to. The pizza is always hot, fresh and ready right when we pick it up (even if we just called 10 minutes ago.) I’ve never had a bad experience, and we eat from here at least 2 times a month. We usually avoid delivery charges since we live so close, so I can’t really comment on delivery much, but the times we have gotten it (read: Blizzard Conditions) it has always been fine.
