Once in a while we eat at Popeyes and we end it up regretting it afterwards! The food its food but the service and the headache we always get its ridiculous! You ask for a sauce you don’t get it, you ask for separating spicy from mild you get it all mixed in the same container when you asked to be separated. You ask for honey they will give you only one envelope. And the people behind the counter are always very obnoxious and won’t pay attention to what you order, they are more interested in the gossip that the other one has to say!

Rude, rude, rude!!! My husband and I pulled up to the drive thru and when asked what we wanted we said just a minute. We started discussing with each other which meal would be the most cost efficient (which none of them are) and the man starts talking back to us trying to tell us what to get. Nobody was asking you mister. When you go into the store they don’t smile or say hello, they just ask what you want and are done with you. The 50 girls that are all behind the counter are giggling and talking amongst themselves and generally cussing up a storm. Have been going here a long time and finally just can’t handle it anymore. Bye bye Popeyes.

So I’ve been a costumer for a long time always come once a week but today is the last time every month a receive a coupons on the mail so I take it in and say I got a 8 PC coupons the girl says ok spicy or mild I say mild so she says drive up she just receives the money dirent even check for coupon then I see she charge full price i say nicely excuse me I had a coupon she said hoo and starts digging on the cashier she finds it and calls manager he come to the window and started telling me that I had to let her kno about coupons I said I did so he started getting louder and louder then he says so what u want more chiken I said nicely again sir it’s not my fault u don’t know how to treat your costumers and keep the change wat gets me mad the way he tried screaming at me like it was my fault last time I go! I got kfc near by anyways

this place is great not cuz its only runned by females which few are cute but… wait thats the only great thing bout this place! other then that popeyes is… popeyes, just make sure tou keep your order simple lol

Paid for the 11 piece chicken, but only got 9 piece of it. wtf! Better check your order before leaving… not a very good thing to do to loyal customers…

Customer service was horrible. The chicken and biscuit were delicious though. But only 2 stars because Chicken was good, I hate places that give poor service especially when It ISN’T busy, and you have 2 employees chatting away about nothing and a manager leaning over the counter doing nothing.

Ok, so how the hell do you forget to put a damn biscuit in my meal? Seriously. I just paid $ 7+ for 3 piece chicken tenders meal and they don’t even put a biscuit in with it. What a joke. I normally don’t let stuff like this get to me, but the biscuit really makes the meal so much better. So I basically paid that much for 3 tenders and mashed potatoes. The people there need to start brewing some coffee and start drinking it because they need to wake up!

I just want to say WOW!!! Everyone here is dead on about this Popeyes. The service is great. The food is very fresh to order and the staff is very very very good. They do package your food very carefully and not tossing everything in the bag like other fast food places. I had to take a couple buses to get here and the rides are worth going back. I don’t even walk to the McDonald’s nearest to me on Cicero and Montrose which would be a 10 minute walk but I would take 2 buses that take about a half hour to get to from my house.

So this place is just a Popeye’s. I don’t expect too much… but honestly this is the best Popeye’s I’ve ever been to.
It’s clean. The employees are polite, and my orders have always been accurate. I think the icing on the cake is that they seem to package up my food like they actually care and think I’m going to eat it later. I really appreciate that they don’t just slop stuff together and put it in the bag upside down.
What more can you ask of «fast food»?

By far one of the BEST fast food restaurants I’ve ever been in. I’m not talking about this «chain» but the place itself. It’s fast, clean, and efficient. Every time I order through the drive-​thru, everything is made to order. I wish all fast-​food chains could visit here to see what a fast food restaurant SHOULD be!
