Provided a painting quote after getting a referral from HomeAdvisor. Quote was completed in 1 day and fair vs. a triple bid. Nick, the owner, was very friendly. Signed up to complete work quickly. However, the job was very rushed and resulted in many quality issues despite providing many points of feedback after Day 1. Nick was not present to review the final work of the crew so I insisted he return to inspect. He offered to return and touch up. He did, with a few reschedules on his part, and this time, although better, the job was still lacking professional finish. Seems to be a small, growing company full of generalist, hard workers who can tackle anything from painting to light remodeling and handyman-​type jobs. Advice would be to focus your offerings and err on these side of quality vs. speed/​volume to get your client satisfaction high… the referrals will then flow in!
