Top Trolley rental company in the city! Tom was more than accommodating with the booking & logistics of the entire event. Customer service was top notch from start to finish. The trolleys are in good shape, have all brand new audio, and everyone had a great time. Not your typical party trolley where the drivers are jerks– these guys knew how to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves. Would use again!

These are the best trolleys I’ve been on in the city. Tom is extremely helpful and willing to accommodate any party. I’ve booked with him twice now and his service never disappoints.
My friends and I love his trolleys because of the limo style seating (everyone can talk and dance), the great speakers, and the patience of the bus drivers. No need to worry about switching up plans with these guys.

My boyfriend booked my surprise birthday, the trolley was really nice and the driver was cool too. We had the trolley from 8−11pm. The driver took us to nice spots in Chicago to take pictures. I loved it and all my friends had a good time too

My husband and I recently used Premier Trolley and Limo as transportation service for our wedding. I have heard unpleasant stories about transportation companies showing up late or not being what people expected, however Premier Trolley and Limo were true to their word and did an excellent job.
Leading up to the wedding, Tom, the owner, was always accommodating to our needs and was always very informative throughout this whole process. He was willing to work with us in any way to make us happy.
On the day of the wedding, the trolley arrived on time, which allowed our day to run smoothly. It rained on our wedding day which slowed us down a little bit with having to deal with umbrellas and staying dry. We also had to resort to our plan B for taking pictures. Since we weren’t sticking to our original plan, we ended up having the trolley 30 – 45 minutes passed our scheduled time. We found out later that the trolley had another party to pick up, however the trolley driver never got mad at us and never rushed us.
I called Tom a couple days after the wedding to apologize about the overage in time, and Tom assured me that it was ok and that there would be no extra charge. I feel that this level of service does not come from everyone. This goes to show that Tom and his company will always strive for customer service. They are reasonably priced and their trolleys are clean, spacious and beautiful. I would strongly consider using Premier Trolley and Limo for your wedding transportation!

Premier Trolley and Limo was very accommodating and offered us one of the lowest prices in Chicago. We used the company for our Prom and it was a good experience. I would recommend them to other people looking to rent a unique trolley or party bus.

I rented through Premier Trolley and Limo for Halloween last year and my experience was excellent! Tom is a really cool guy and makes the rental experience very enjoyable, and the Trolleys AMAZING! I’ve been on a few trolleys before and the one we had, the Coll Doll, best I’ve been on. They have this awesome balcony in the back and the seating that faces each other makes it a lot easier to talk and dance with everyone. I would absolutely recommend using Premier Trolley and Limo for your next bar crawl.

We hired Premier Trolley and Limo for our wedding in April. From the beginning, Tom was direct and thorough in describing their fleet, what was available on our date and setting up our reservation. He followed up several times leading up to our wedding day to confirm everything. One minor hiccup was that the driver called the day of to tell us he was coming to the hotel when he was supposed to come to our house. Without any pushback, he rerouted and took our directions to go to the house. We definitely recommend Premier Trolley and Limo based on their great service and unique trolleys!

I had a great experience with Premier! Awesome trolleys with seats that face each other in a long bench instead of school-​bus-​style seating. This was the biggest selling point for me but thankfully on top of that they had great customer service. Highly recommend for any event!

We got a trolley for St. Patrick’s day and everything about the experience was awesome. Tom was so easy to work with and so helpful. Our driver was also awesome– he was easy going, patient and super nice! I called like 5 companies and premier was the cheapest. The whole experience was great!

Had an easy experience booking these guys for St. Paddys day this year. You can’t beat the price, the trolley was great with a back area to hang out at, my driver was on time and Tom was great to work with while booking!

We used Premier Trolley for St. Patrick’s day this year, and will be doing the same thing again next year. The scheduling was easy, the company was always very responsive if we had questions, the driver was on time, and everyone had a great time. Furthermore, the trolley itself was clean and had a balcony in the back which left everyone ample room. I highly recommend using Premier Trolley.

From booking to the actual ride– they took care of me. It was easy to book and the trolley was there on time and willing to go wherever. I booked for a bachelor party and they were extremely laid back, the guys on the trolley were wild and the driver didn’t flinch. In short– there is no better trolley company in the city. Tried them all. Finally– the seats are limo style which enhances the party too. Ok I lied there is more– they let you play your own music and took care of the trash when done as long as we got it into the trash bags. For any sort of party you need to use these guys.

Not the first time I’ve been on a trolley with Premier Trolley and Limo, however, it was the first time I myself rented one. Could not say anymore good things about Tom, Tommy, and the trolley. The whole process to book the trolley could not have gone smoother. Tom was very friendly via our phone calls and e-​mails, and helping set the whole thing up. Tommy, our driver, was also extremely amicable. Dealing with 30 people while alcohol is involved is never easy, yet Tommy was more professional and friendly then you can imagine.
The trolley itself was also by far the best trolley I have been on. It came with coolers, a garbage can, lights for a little added shazam, and great seating! Everything was all set and ready to go, with an aux cord and all.
All in all, I have used many trolley’s and companies before, and am sure — provided availability — I will continue to use Premier Trolley and Limo. Had the best birthday I’ve ever had this year, and that was mainly due to this Trolley.

Brides, I recommend staying away. They were the first vendor I booked for my wedding over 1 year ago. They were at an expo and running a deal on their beautiful vehicles. I was so excited to have their special trolley be a part of my big day. Unfortunately, the customer service /​professionalism did not match the beautiful vehicles they offer.
After providing a deposit and receiving the invoice, I was not sent a contract. When I called to ask for it, Richard told me not to worry about it because my date was still a year and a half away but he would send it if I insisted. After receiving the contract there were a few items that weren’t clear but he answered and I signed (and was still excited). That feeling went down starting in August when I was reviewing the contract and saw that hours of service were not outlined. I sent an email asking about it and received no response. After 23 days of silence, I followed up again. After another 21 days of nothing, I followed up again. I then got a response that he was out of town and would be back a couple days later and would respond then. A week later he called me and said he didn’t remember who I was /​what expo he gave me the deal at. I told him I needed 4 hours of service so he on the fly figured out a new price. Within 2 weeks I received the new contract and was going back and forth since I felt $ 120+ /​30min was high. I then tried to negotiate based on another company’s rate and was told he would just refund and I could use someone else. The final straw occurred when I asked for a counter-​signed copy of the contract and he refused. I let it go for a few weeks and asked again when I was ready to pay in full. His response was «I am afraid we are not the company you are looking for. We have had 30 emails between us regarding a single trolley for your event. We will refund your money on Monday.» 5 months before my big day.
You all might want to consider hiring a customer service professional to handle future clients.

If you are in Chicago and looking for a trolley/​party bus service, stop looking. It does not get better than these guys. This is coming from someone who has used several other trolley companies in the past. Really I could not have asked for a better three hours. Tom, the bus driver, was INCREDIBLE. He took care of us and made sure we were safe and also having the time of our life, which, as I told him, was not difficult given the situation. He truly went above and beyond.
40 best friends, rowdy christmas attire, beer funnels, great music – we even got the TV in the back working.
I’ve done trolleys through other companies before and the service was not even close to what Tom and Premier Trolley offered. I am incredibly impressed with their company, the 40-​person rockstar bus, the way they worked with me (and gave me the Rockstar, even when a corporate event wanted it too!). I can’t thank them enough for giving us one hell of an evening.
A++ will 100% be returning customers.

I used this company for a bar hopping birthday party. It was amazing! The trolley was on time and very clean. Our driver, Richard was awesome and Tom was easy to get ahold of which made it less stressful in planning everything.

We used their party bus, «The Rockstar,» for a Halloween bar-​hopping. We were originally looking for a trolley, but came across the Rockstar when other companies were booked, and it turned out the bus was awesome.
Fit all 37 of our guests comfortably and everyone had a great time. The interior was clean, comfortable, and nice looking. Their sound system is great, which was a really big plus. The big TV in the back is nice for music videos. The driver did a great job and was really easy to work with, as was the owner in scheduling the event.
Would definitely recommend using Premier Trolley and Limo, and I’m sure that we will again.
