It’s unfortunate that a 4-​star legit pest elimination business has an awful receptionist in Liz. Boy is she as rude as can be on the phone– she really makes you know that you’re bothering her and that she doesn’t have any time for you. She lacks the customer service that Sam (the actual pest eliminator) so graciously gives; it’s unfortunate that she has to be the voice of the company before you even get to meet Sam or any of the other technicians. She should be replaced with just about anybody. Anybody.
