I have been buying tickets from these guys for a few years now and have had no problems. Their tickets aren’t the lowest price out there but when looking for convenience, decent price and good seats, this is my go to. I rather get good seats for a reasonable price than spend hours haggling with people on Craigslist lol Once I had an issue where they switched up my tickets but ended up substituting the ones I initially bought with better seats to rectify the issue. Fine by me! I always have had a smooth transaction with these guys and always pick up my tickets from their office. Primetime is my choice for Chicago sports tickets. Go Cubs and Bears!!!

If could give negative 5 stars I would!!! Similar to the review above, this guy sold me tickets on Ebay with Buy it now pricing then cancelled the transactions because he figured he could sell it for more $$. I know of at least 10 other people aside from me and the other review here he did this too! I will never sniff this guys site again, BUYER BEWARE SHADY SHADY COMPANY!

Bought tickets to an event then found out I have to be out of town. They gave me what I paid for them plus a small profit… enough to cover my gas. Still, a relief now having to worry about selling them myself. With my luck, both teams will be doing great and by the date of the game, they’ll be selling for twice what I paid for them. Oh well.
