Joseph was an incredible locksmith — professional, knowledgable, and explained everything clearly so I understood all services needed. He even called a few days later to follow up and make sure our new commercial lock for our coworking space was working well, and met all our needs. I am so glad I called R.O.N. Locksmith for the job!!!

Had my ignition lock up and based on Unilocal auto locksmith ratings I called R.O.N. Locksmith.
In less than an hour they dispatched Owen, their ignition technician, who quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the repair options, provided a quote, and performed the repairs within the estimated quote. He completed the work in an hour and explained options for starting the car to minimize the chance of this problem occurring again in the future. If Owen is an example of R.O.N. employees and service I would highly recommend this firm.

I grabbed the wrong keys as I left my condo on a Friday evening — storage unit keys were not going to help me. The technician showed up in 20 minutes and got me in to my condo — without having to drill the locks! They are a little pricey, but beats the alternative of not being able to get in. I believe they were the 4^th «24-​hour» company I called, they were the only ones to answer the phone. Great service! Hopefully I don’t need them again for lock out service!

Picture this…11pm on SuperBowl Sunday, Chicago is in a full white out due to the blizzard… and what happens? You get locked out of your apartment. Welcome to my Sunday night. Thank goodness for Joseph at Mr Locks! I literally called 8 companies before reaching Mr. Locks, all of which claimed to be open 24/​7, 365 days a year (all of which also lied). I was losing hope when I finally got a hold of someone at Mr. Locks. The gentleman on the phone told me 15 minutes until Joseph arrived… I almost laughed. How could someone possibly get to me in 15 minutes during a whiteout? Well. I’m not sure how he did it (maybe teleportation?) but he did! He made it in 15 minutes!!! My tingling toes were very grateful.
Joseph was incredible! He was so professional, along with being efficient and friendly. I was so happy to finally be out of the blizzard and back into my warm home.
Although I wasn’t thrilled about the need to replace my deadbolt (we had to drill it), I was still so happy with the excellent service Joseph provided and I even called him to come out again the next day to replace my lock. Long story short, if you’re locked out of your place, don’t even waste your time scrolling down the list of 24 hour locksmiths on Google– go straight to the best at Mr. Locks.
Thanks again, Joseph! You truly made a terrible experience not so bad. If I ever get locked out again (and I hope I don’t), Mr. Locks will be the first place I call.
