I walk in & found my item quickly. It seemed like there was only one person at the time working. She was caught up with one customer while I was waiting in line. She was very nice & took care of multiple customers at the same time even answer the phone.

This place is horrid please avoid at all costs! I asked a question regarding a landline phone and the employee an arrogant snob of a person seemed confused by my questions regarding the workings of a landline. So bizzare… please avoid at all costs.

No greetings upon entering, no offer to assist, not a word when the associate picks up my items to «ring up». I show him my Radio Shack Gold card for the standard discount on batteries and he gives me disgusting look and turns to another employee who mocks me for asking about a program that was canceled long ago. I try to explain I have been buying batteries at a discount from Radio Shack for over 20 years and they decide to argue with me. I walk out.
Statement from RS website: 15% discount on all store-stocked batteries* Discount applies to all store-stocked batteries at regular or sale prices when purchased with your The Shack Credit Card account, in store only. Not valid with any other offer.
A couple of days later I get a call saying they have informed the employees about the gold card program and that I can go back in and get my batteries.
Eek! Me thinks not.
