Don’t waste your time or money. Unreliable and bad customer service. I prepaid for the the 2011 – 2012 winter season and, after arguing with ‘Keith’ over the phone about the fact that my snow is not shoveled and «someone» will call me back in a «couple days» (left 2 messages yesterday) because they are in the middle of a snow storm (no kidding! Me too!), Keith tells me, 2x, I can just get my money back. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Go with someone who will actually remove your snow.
