HUGE PLACE! They have fabrics galore! They have some nice scarves but service is choppy. I got a nice deal on 7 scarves so they are a-​ok by me!

We were helping our friend find a couple of cholis (blouses) and this was the only store we found today which had them. Most stores sell the sari and choli as a complete item. Taj Sari Palace didn’t have cholis in my friend’s size. Regal had them for only $ 7 apiece, Taj Sari Palace was selling the exact same thing for $ 20 apiece.
English language is good at Regal and the service very attentive. The fact that we finally found our friend a choli, after spending all day on Devon looking for cholis, earns them 5 stars. Hopefully somebody on Devon will read this and realize there is a market out there for cholis.

I’ve been going here for years, they have a fantastic selection of scarves. And if you get them to pull out the GOOD saris for you, whoa. .. something else. This store is packed with goodness, and don’t be afraid to haggle a bit. There’s one guy who works here — one of the sons? — who is sweet as sugar and soo cute. He’s my «guy» at Regal.
