Right On Materials Applications

I would give ROMA zero stars if I could. We used ROMA to have our building sealed several years ago. They seemed to do a pretty good job at the time of service. Since then, there have been numerous issues that have arisen related to the waterproofing that was done. These may or may not have been directly related to the job that ROMA performed, but the reason for this poor review is due to the continued lack of response from ROMA. I called them about 10 — 15 times over two separate three month periods (last fall and this spring) to schedule a visit, but no one usually answered and my voicemails were never returned. On one occasion, I finally got through to Kristi and she said that one of her schedulers would contact me to set up a visit, but I never received a call. Of course, I couldn’t get in touch with anyone again at the company.
What’s the point of offering a warranty on your work if you’re not going to honor it?
