Robinson’s No. 1 Ribs

Absolutely horrible–
Was at the McCormick Convention Center for a Hardware convention and thought I’d try their booth in the food court. Bad idea…
Ordered the bone-​less rib sandwich thinking it would be come kind of pulled meat sandwich — It was not. What I received (for nigh on $ 9) was something looking like a McRib with a ketchup based BBQ sauce that was sickly sweet. As a consumer of fine BBQ I was pissed. I guess I should have expected it from convention food but this was particularly bad. I proptly went over to one of the other vendors and grabbed some pizza — Much much better.
So if you’re ever here for a convention steer well clear of these BBQ charlatans!
The actual restaurant might be better but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.
