My back deck rolling shutter hangers snapped and the shutter would not rollout. I tried to roll it out and the shutter lost itself from the groove on the outside. I then tried to make it go all the way down and when it unrolled I realized the hangers had snapped and the whole thing fell out on me. Was kinda funny. That was at 10pm on a Friday. I called Rolling Shutter on Saturday morning before work at 830am and by 2pm my wife called to tell me it was fixed. An for a very reasonable price. Conway Bennett was the guy I dealt with. He was very informative and got the job done fast. Really nice guy. If I ever get another shutter or need one fixed. I’m calling these guys.
