Great customer service!
I rented a 10×15 unit yesterday to move my apartment into sadly. I shared my situation with Aisha of a condo I was trying to buy falling through last minute and having to also be out of my current apartment in a couple days. Aisha was wonderful! She not only helped me to have the best deal possible, but she was very kind! Being in a rough situation, she helped restore my faith in people too!
The facility was very clean and at a nice temperature (as expected for climate controlled). There were several moving carts available as well. From what I saw, the facility seems very secure so I don’t have to worry about my things! Overall, first impressions matter and this was a great one! Thank you again Aisha!
