If you’re not familiar with this place, they primarily sell furniture using wood from Indonesia and Bali. Some of their items are made in the countries of origin, and I believe others are made locally using imported wood.
Let me first start by saying that this place has BEAUTIFUL (yet expensive) products. With that said, AVOID it all costs. Our salesman was «great» while putting the deal together. Once I signed on the dotted line, I had one issue after another with their service: he attempted to go back on his initial quote and increase the final price substantially; he used «trade» protocols to unfairly gouge me on delivery and fabrication costs, etc. Ultimately the deal was finalized and I received my product. Within 6 months there were major problems with fabrication, but they wouldn’t stand behind their product and fix it. They would only «coordinate» the repair at my expense. CROOKS !!
