This review is only for this particular franchise of Servpro, namely Servpro of Norridge/​Harwood Heights. These guys got my business by promising to be ready to work at my house at an earlier day than other Servpro franchises in my area were available. But when the day arrived, and I stayed home from work to meet them, they never showed up, never called, and never answered any of my phone calls. I ended up getting the job done from a much more responsive franchise, namely Servpro of Winnetka/​Wilmette/​Skokie.
