Although the food was very good, the wings were small and I ordered 30 wings but when I got home and started serving them up, there were only 24 wings. I called and they told me if I come back they would give me ten. I told them I couldn’t come back that night because it was already late and I didn’t have a ride. The lady said whenever I came back they would give it to me and as she was about to say goodbye I asked «don’t you need my name?» She says oh ok what’s your name. I gave her my name and asked for the managers name so I could ask for him when I came back. She told me to ask for Steve or Anon. Needless to say when I came back two days later they had no clue what I was talking about. I will never go back to this location.

These guys are excellent. The food is fresh and the atmosphere is better than any other Sharks I’ve seen. They put money into the business and you can see why with the rush during lunch.

I am visiting from Las Vegas but I was born and raised in Chicago. Felt good to stop in and grab a large meal for my family of catfish and chicken. The best part of my visit was watching how the staff handled a rude customer. Staff stayed professional dealing with a customer that complained and changed her order over and over and over. Couldn’t get the employees name but she was good!

Decided to try this location based on the reviews and the size of the crowd of people waiting on their food. Well looks are deceiving. We ordered wings and everyone in the house tried them. The hubby and I thought they were just «ok» and our young adult sons thought they were fine. I personally was not impressed to go back to this location for chicken, and will just pay the extra to get fresh hot tasty chicken from my favorite Harolds.

1st time I actually went into a Sharks chain and actually enjoyed it so much that I had to go back a 2nd time!!! My food was nice and hot cooked to my desired request. The service was friendly and fast. The catfish & chicken combo was so delicious i recommend that to everyone. I enjoyed this location and I’ll be eating her again.

The fries here are amazingly good! And you get way more fries in a large than any other Shark’s, where the fries are just meh, I’ve been to. There aren’t many places where I can eat the fries without sauce, here, I wouldn’t dare mask the taste of these fries with sauce!

Im supposed to be on a diet… but I can’t resist their chicken wings. I don’t like fish (at all) but it always SMELLS so delicious. Anyway, back to their wings… they use some type of lemon pepper seasoning and it’s enough to keep me coming back everytime I come over to the south side to visit my grandmother.
Make sure you call your order in because they do make your food to order so this may take a little while.
The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that I have had to tell some of their «clientele» to get to the back of the line on a few occasions… but I guess that’s not their fault right?

I really like this particular Shark’s Fish. The catfish is delicious and in ample serving size. I go here quite often and never had a complaint. Good food, good service, great portions and superb parking. If you want fried catfish dinners… this is the place. Make sure you call in your order. Its faster that way.
