Great rates, unbelievably easy to work with, very responsive and flexible. Pre-​approval was quick and easy; he worded the letter in exactly the way we asked for inclusion in our offer (not naming a price but simply saying we were approved for purchase at that address — so the seller couldn’t use our numbers to negotiate!). We were even able to do the full application process by phone and email (though he was willing to speak as frequently as needed and take the time to answer any and all questions — also always responded to quickly to messages) so we didn’t have to miss work! Nice guy, I’d definitely work with him again.

Worked with Shimmy last year as a recommendation from a family member. On the first phone call, Shimmy asked me a few painless screener questions, some basic work and financial information, and then WHAM! pre-​approval was sent over in no time.
Throughout the process, Shimmy took time to explain the process to me, answering any questions that I had and made sure I never felt like I was being stranded. Shimmy and his team did a wonderful job working with me, even after hours, to make sure we didn’t miss anything in the process.
Even at my closing, there was a slight mistype on my paperwork that could have caused my closing to be delayed a matter of days — but Shimmy called me immediately, apologized for any unneeded stress and took care of the matter with no hiccups.
From the amount of care Shimmy put into the process, I would recommend him to anyone, anytime!
