I see one trend in these reviews — Patrick!
We went into the store at 2731 N Clark on Saturday looking for a mattress for my partner and I, and one for my guest room. I was greeted at the door by Patrick. He showed us around and had us test each mattress, asking very specific questions on sleeping patterns until we found the one that best suited our needs.
What I liked about the whole shopping experience was how Patrick handled everything. I had no idea until then that there was so much to finding the best mattress. Patrick practically knew the sizes and dimensions from heart and was able to answer all of our questions. It truly was a no pressure sales environment working with him.
Thanks Patrick! Looking forward to our (free) delivery!
Also — there’s free parking in the back.

Popped into Sleepy’s to browse for a new mattress. I’ve been saving up for a while and wanted to get something perfect for me. A gentleman by the name of Patrick greeted me immediately. I explained my dilemma and that I knew nothing about the «right» mattress and he walked from display to display until we eliminated all but one. After a whole hour, I bought t immediately. Great service and fantastic products.

My wife and I came in to find a mattress for one of her clients (interior designer:
can we do shout-​outs on Unilocal?) and realized we’d been living with substandard pillows. Patrick was very helpful in picking the perfect mattress, figuring out the payment (with discount!) and extremely patient with us as we tried out what seemed like a dozen pillows. Luckily, the ones we picked were stocked right on site and I love my Sleep Options Cool Gel. Thanks, Pat for a great experience!

Had major issues with my delivery. Scheduled it for after 5 and they came at 2:00 while I was at work. However the sales representative Patrick truly understands and appreciates customer service. When the drivers refused to return with my mattress Patrick went above and beyond and personally delivered it.

I just moved to Chicago and needed a mattress to fit a Murphy Bed… this is also my first time shopping for a mattress. I came into this Sleepy’s store in Lincoln Park and had an awesome experience working with Patrick. Patrick did an amazing job finding the mattress that was right for me. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He suggested that I try multiple mattresses and then based on my feedback was able to pinpoint the best one for me. Patrick also pointed out to be cognizant of the depth of the Murphy Bed to get the correct mattress height; he then remembered that another customer got the same mattress for a Murphy Bed and looked up the address to find that they were from the same building as mine. So that gave us assurance that it would fit but still wanted us to be sure by measuring before making the payment. I’m set to pick up my mattress on Saturday. Thanks Patrick!

Patrick made the buying experience easy. Knows his product lines. We purchased a bed for my four year old daughter and he made her feel like a million bucks. My wife was impressed with the quality of the value we received. I appreciated Patrick loading my vehicle and securing the mattress and box spring. They have a nice little loading area in the back of the store. Patrick was awesome!

Great experience here with Patrick from Sleepy’s, very professional and knowledgable, he made sure we got what we wanted and was able to get us a very good deal on a mattress, frame and pillows. Best part was finding what I wanted on a Saturday and getting it delivered in less than 24 hours! Highly recommend!
