You will be walked through each step of the process with full explanations of everything that is going on. I have yet to stump him with any question. And I’ve actually witnessed him educate other realtors during our ordeal.

Negotiation skills — in a word, awesome. This is where the services pretty much pay for themselves. Sohail has the art of negotiation down to a (sometimes frightening) science. Without getting into details of my specific transactions, I can say that I am extremely happy with the outcomes of both the sale of my home, and the purchase of the new one.

In January 19, 2016 Mr. Sohail Salahuddin helped me sell my property. Because of his
highly expert knowledge and experience in real estate, he was able to sell my condo which I purchased in June 2015. I have confidence in his professionalism in selling or buying a home. He leaves the worry of this process to himself and his expert team, which reduces the stress of his clients. I was looking for a house instead of a condo, and thanks to Sohail and his team I was able to find one very expeditiously.

Sohail represented the seller in our transaction. From day one, he was difficult to get in touch with, did not show up when he was supposed to, did not complete functions that needed to be done for inspection, and complicated things to a level beyond necessary. In fact, 6 days post closing we were still trying to resolve issues that he was aware of for six weeks. While I can’t say what he is like to his clients, dealing with him as the buyer was a nightmare. If it wasn’t our dream home, we would have walked away because of him. Beware working with him.

One of most professional transactions I’ve experienced. Sohail was thorough with every aspect of our listing, from market assessment to recommended fixes on the property. He even employed a photography team of 5 which included aerial photos of our deck. By far, we couldn’t of asked for a better placement.
