You can’t get their pricing anywhere in the area! They get the job done– my shirts and dresses always come back looking new. I have been coming here for the past 2 years and I will continue to come!

I don’t usually dry clean my clothes but when I do I go to Sparkleen Cleaners. They have great pricing and plus the service is one of a kind. The owners and workers all have great attitudes and the clothes come out perfect. I think the owners changed a few years ago and I’m glad they did according to the reviews from a long time ago. Best cleaners in the Chicagoland area! I definitely recommend it.

Ok, so this place is anything but«Sparkleen,» but they get the job done! My husband bucked my go-to GreenSpin Cleaners(just south down Clybourn) in favor of this little«gem,» which is not only an eyesore on the outside but equally as grungetastic on the inside. However, they’ve never been anything but sweet to me when I pick-up or drop-off…are very punctual, haven’t ruined anything of ours, and are about half the price of GreenSpin. Parking is quite easy out front as this stretch of Clybourn is pretty desolate. *cash and credit accepted. *open Saturdays.

$ 2.49 is a good price… I haven’t had an issue with the cleanliness of my clothes once I pick them up(that might be because they are not very dirty when I bring them in), and they did a really good job redoing a stuck zipper on a dress I brought in.

I have been going here for about 2 years now and, yes, it is because of the price. I gave them TONS of business. My husband has a bunch of shirts that need to be laundered every 2 weeks so I thought $ 1.00 per shirt is great! I never had problems on the laundered shirts. The dry cleaning services, however, are terrible. I know they are cheap at $ 2.49 for any piece but I have started to realize that you pay for what you get here!!! A few months ago, I took in a blouse to get dry cleaned. To my surprise, the blouse still had the SAME spots on it when I picked it up and now had 3 large RIPS on the back. When I went back the next day, they said it was MY fault that the shirt was ripped and refused to pay for it. They did, however, dry clean it again(at no charge… how nice, huh?). When I picked it up, the spots were gone but the rips were not(of course). I had to buy another of the same shirt MYSELF to replace it. Foolishly, I decided to give them another shot because they are SO cheap. Today, I picked up another blouse and it was COMPLETELY destroyed. There were RIPS(actually gashes) across the front of the ENTIRE shirt. I wore it only once and had to throw it away. It was not wearable and could not be fixed(that’s how trashed it was!!!) When I asked what happened, they said it was my fault(again) because I let the stain settle. Wait what??? I had to argue with the guy to replace it. I told him I just bought it and it was $ 20.00. He refused and said I could have a $ 10.00 credit. I told him to take the $ 10.00 off my current bill because he just lost a customer. I will not be going back here. First time shame on him, second time shame on me!!! I am now on the hunt for a new dry cleaner…

The worse cleaners ever! I agree, price is good and catchy, however, work equals price and lower. I was a good client and took a lot of items there. Once he messed up one of my $ 300 dreses and barely agreed to fix it. It took him 4 times to get to the close to previous condition, however, it still had white spots all over. I had a lot of aguments about it, he was refusing to fix it!!! Another time, another dress was wripped. He fixed it, but stich was sticking out outside!!! When I asked to make it the way it should be, he said it was my fault and I wripped from the beginning??? I have never had sucha customer service before! I had to take this dress to my tailor ansd pay extra for fixing. Unbelievable!!! I would not recomment this dry cleaning to anybody!!!

$ 2.49 any garment. Close to Costco, my home away from home. Seems like a good deal. Gave them my Calvin Klein jacket. When I take it back home it’s obvious they did not even touch it. The dirty spot was still there, the hairs were still on the collar. I take it back and ask to actually clean it. Second time around and pretty much the same results. Not worth my time going back a third time. Will stick with Forest Cleaners in Lincoln Square.
