This business is awfully managed, although the music teacher is great. We have been attending music classes with our toddler for a few months. During the Spring/​Summer session the owner decided to cancel our session after the 5^th class (out of 8) and did not give us the option of a refund. I have the feeling that she cancel the classes because of the small number of kids in the class (only 3). She basically forced us to «make up» the classes in the winter session. Now we are trying to get those classes that we paid for and she told us that we need to register for a new class in order to get what in reality belong to us, which are the classes we already paid for and never received. Most of the communications happen by email as she does not respond to the phone, and some her email responses take several days.
The person is only after the short term money and does not realized how much more money she would have made with us, because my son loves the music classes.
I also found out that the same teacher offers classes in a different center, which is probably properly managed.
In summary, this lady only wants to get your money. Once you pay, there is absolutely no guarantee that you will receive the classes you pay for, as she may decide to cancel it anytime.
