I had a chance to visit this Sprint store several times last week. A couple of times to get my questions answered about costs and benefits of moving 4 lines from ATT and then a few times to actually get the move completed. I have very good experiences dealing with our consultant Nane, the manager Brandon, and others at the store. They were very consistent and patient with the move and worked hard to get the cost as low as possible. All of the folks in the store seem to get along well. They seem just as happy to work on customers problems as they are selling to new customers. They were very patient in restarting the process twice because I did not have passwords to the trade-in phones in and when I had to run off for an appointment. Brandon even arranged for a temporary phone so I could get the move completed before the promotion expires. Overall, great deal and great experience. Thank you very much.

On 12÷15÷15, I visited this Sprint store because of display issues(not due to damage or accident) with my Galaxy S5. Long story short, it wasn’t fixable and I did not have insurance. My options were to pay a fee for a replacement S5 or pay off the balance on the phone so I could upgrade. I worked with Deja and Rafael who negotiated with the manager to come up with a reasonable offer. They found a way to make an upgrade affordable for me and I walked out with a Galaxy Note5. I was at the store for 3 hours, which sounds crazy, but they bent over backward to accommodate me and that is why I am writing this review. Their primary objective was to keep me a satisfied customer, and they succeeded. Rafael stayed more than an hour after his shift ended to make sure everything was transferred from the old phone. To me, that is huge. The last time I upgraded, all I got transferred were my contacts(I went to Best Buy). This experience with Sprint is not unique. When Sprint finally offered the iPhone, I got one right away. I was very excited at first but soon discovered I hated it. I was having trouble with it and eventually went to a Sprint store after about 6 weeks. This put me outside the month window for returns. Again, I spent several hours at the store while the technician worked on the phone. Finally, the sales rep looked at me and said it was clear the phone was not going to work for me, so he offered to exchange the iPhone for a comparable Galaxy S3. I accepted the offer – I loved that phone. These two stories explain why I have stayed with Sprint for the last 15 yrs: excellent customer service. As the smallest mobile phone company, you have to value every customer. In my experience, Sprint does that and more.

In the past, I have had some issues with sprint customer service. I was on their plan three years ago then key for another mobile company. I just recently signed back up alot a month ago and had terrible service through target! I love target, but I don’t love setting up a phone plan for 5 hours with my 2 month old infant by or side! It was quite miserable! What we thought would take an hour, two tops… took 5 hrs. Ugh. So you may ask, what does that have to do with sprint on lawrence. Well the deal that we were informed about was not what we were billed. The first bill was appropriate. …our second bill however, was $ 470! I was so upset, i called sprint customer service twice, per each conversation a supervisor would call back in 24 hrs. With one conversation they claimed they would call back at 9 am… so I waited, and waited. Nothing. How disappointing. With no other options, I left my baby at home with my husband, expecting another 5 hour day. I went to the sprint on lawrence. I wad greeted by a kind woman named Deja. Thank goodness for her! She took me under her wing. As I told my unfortunate story, she validated my feelings of misrepresentation and concern for my now almost $ 400 monthly bill… for a two year contract! So she compared my first bill to my second bill and began calling her customer service reps. Enter Brian. Another sprint store representative. He had heard my woes and began bouncing solutions off of Deja and these phone customer service reps. Both were so kind and concerned for how I had been set up. Deja spent almost 2 hours on the phone with supervisors who were also on the phone with target. In the end of multiple phone calls and almost 2 hours, I was still in my 2 year contract but at an amazing price! Way better than I could’ve hoped for! They even got significant credits for my insane bill and my current insane bill until the new plan took effect. Bravo Deja! She’s so wonderful I even hugged her at the end. Between Deja’s amazing determination and the positive support from Brian, I left with an expensive weight lifted from my shoulders! I would go to these two for any other issues! They were amazing! Especially Deja! Just be nice to them if everyone goes to them with all their issues, they’ve got good hearts! Thanks guys!

I stopped in the store to inquire about the cut your plan promotion and considered changing 2 lines and devices from t-mobile(since service was spotty in L. Square/RWood). The customer service people were amazing. Its been about 2 years since I was in a mobile store, but I don’t remember being treated this well. They were so very patient, fun, went through all their specials, talked about how to give me event more off my bill, helped members of my family learn how to use the devices, let me use coupons, worked to transfer and back up my data when there was a glitch, etc. I switched to Sprint, got 2 new phones, a device, new data plan and it cost less than what I was paying at t-mobile! Shakilya, Oscar, Manager, etc. I hugged them on the way out. Sprint is my new family and this is my store!

Porcha, Tia, Clevette, Oscar, and Jacki have renewed my faith in sprint. I came into this store about to leave Sprint and go to ATT&T because of a bad experience at another store, and Porcha and Tia specifically allowed me to see that they genuinely cared about my situation, and went through a whole slew of options to get my problem solved. This store had excellent service. I went in to switch my plan from another carrier and they worked it out with me. Despite some technical glitches, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I not only got new phones for my wife and I, but we had fun doing it thanks to the staff here.
