Buying a new cell phone is like buying a car. You spend a whole lotta money, the salespeople pester you the entire time you’re there, and you always leave feeling slighty dirty. The salespeople here are courteous, if persistent. The place is clean, well organized, and competently run. There’s not a whole lot of specific gripes I have against this location. Exiting onto 73rd Street and only being allowed to turn right is annoying, but I’ll live. Just know what you want, what you’re willing to spend, and stand firm. They’re going to sell hard.
