YEY-AH! Always hit up Bucks when I need a strong cup of coffee. I wish every chain store would learn something from them about how to make a great cup of coffee every time.

This is the dirtiest, worst, and slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They tried using regular milk instead of coconut milk. I saw him and he said oh and remade my drink. The new drink tasted burnt and awful. Went there the day before as well and didn’t have a great experience so I tried it again and had the same result.

This is located in the B terminal of the O’hare airport. It’s pretty large location with two lines, and one barista. They made the drinks order and they have hot food as well. All the food and drinks came out pretty fast.

If you want an attitude and a chai that takes 14 minutes to make, this is your place. Negative stars!

The Mexican lady who was an older woman served me and didn’t know a simple drink. When I asked why it was 5.04 she said I don’t care. Hello I need to know why it cost that much. Usually it costs 3.50. Never coming back to that starbucks

Terminal 1. Next to Hudson news. Wish I could give negative stars. They wrote the wrong order on the cup and refused to remake my drink. Barista: «You want me to throw away this perfectly good drink? No.» Me: «But that’s not what I ordered. Can you please make me a xxxx» Batista: «No.» Beware. With this level of service I’m surprised the people behind the counter are still employed.

BEWARE on numerous occasions I have caught them thinning espresso drinks out by added hot water. I stop by here often, at least once every 2 weeks. Service is usually VERY prompt, if you are after a fresh brew cup of coffee this is your place!

This is one busy Starbucks. There’s always a line. But they do work on getting people through as quick as they can. There isn’t a huge sign showing you where this Starbucks is. But it’s located right next to the underground walkway.

I felt horrible for the girl working alone at «rush hour» coffee time. Can you imagine a line of at least 25 people for coffee at 8am and one staff member? She was so pressured poor thing. Of course our coffee was rushed too so not a good drink here. The barista was still nice and really working her hardest. To those required for staffing at this location, tsk tsk.

Terminal 2. Ordered an extra hot latte. It was warm/hot. I asked if they could reheat it or make it hotter. They said no. In the past my coffee has been reheated at other starbucks. They were not busy and there were four employees working. I don’t understand why they couldn’t reheat it and why it wasn’t hot in the first place.

After waiting several minutes while the clerk did dishes, I asked if they were still serving. It was 6 pm. She did just a moment. A good 90 seconds later, I got my coffee from McDonald’s

This place gets 4 stars because it is a true machine. Tons and tons of people come through OHare and they serve everyone with effortless efficiency. The espresso drinks I’ve had here were good, not great, but good.

Oddly, there was no water on my flight from Syracuse, so there was no coffee. I purposely skipped coffee at the gateside restaurant expecting to get my fill on board. So once I landed in Chicago I was determined to fill my caffeine fix at a Starbuck’s. The first location I spotted in the terminal was super crowded and so I was happy to discover there were others throughout the terminal. If I hadn’t seen the sign advertising a Starbuck’s as being near gate B12 I’d probably have missed this location altogether. It’s very discreet and resembles more a bathroom than a coffee place(see photo). I found my way to gate 12 and the co-ed line behind the velvet rope tipped me off and then I saw the ubiquitous Starbuck’s mermaid logo. The line moved quickly and the baristas were as fast and efficient. There’s an okay selection of coffees and mugs even though the store is small. Smaller than small. This is a really tiny outlet with very little room to loiter. Fortunately I was paying attention as a delivery guy rolled up behind me with a big rolling cart and had I not noticed he’d probably have either run me over or knocked me down — tall Ethiopian(my coffee!) and all. He didn’t seemed concerned or apologetic. Coffee drinkers beware! Still I was happy with my drink and the full container of nonfat milk(not always easy to find at a Starbuck’s) and wandered off to my gate.

So the line barely moved and I finally ordered my drink along with 2 pastries and a bottled water. The employees here looked like they were not happy to be here. Their body language and facial expressions said it all. When my drink was called, it was a mocha instead of a white mocha. I informed the barista and she said, «I dunno… he put mocha on the cup. see here?» And she rolled her eyes. No apology or anything. Anyway not a good experience here. On a positive at least my drink tasted good.

First off, none of the Starbucks in O’hare are actually Starbucks. They are all license stores operated by another entity, the food service company that in contracted by O’hare. Therefore, they can charge exorbitant prices, not honor any free drink coupons, but they will take Starbucks gift cards. This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the service is pleasant and timely and other times is ridiculously slow and filled with attitude.

The service is quite slow(as you get used to from Starbucks). This venue has two check lines and in the middle they prepare coffee. The servers cannot keep up so service is lagging. Good selection of food. No place to consume the drinks. Certainly not the best place I have tried.

Slow with a ‘tude. For an airport coffee stop, I would have expected more than tortoise speed for making drinks. Im forgiving of people who have bad days, until I was told to go look at the muffins myself when I asked what kind they had. It didnt stop there – asked for an iced tea and the barista actually said, «No.» Cup sleeves were no where to be found, which left me spilling my drink when I reached for the hot cup. No straws, either. Same ‘tude to the poor souls behind me… yikes.

Nice secluded starbucks at the end of the B terminal across from gate B12. Large sign outside with small entrance makes it look more like a «future store» site. Good coffee, typical froofy drinks and caffinated desserts in a cup(Love ‘em!). Nice to have a go to spot deep in O’hare!

This Starbucks is hidden behind Hudson News and I almost missed seeing it the first time around. The barista did make me a good drink that was needed after a long one day trip to Chicago!

One of three Starbucks located in the B Concourse — this one is right next to a Hudson News — near Gate B12. It’s the only Starbucks in the B Concourse that you is recessed(you actually walk into it through a door — the other two are open coffee kiosk locations). Ordered a Grande triple shot iced latte — it was rather noisy in here — very small — took a few times to communicate my order. Drink was strong and delicious! NOTE: The address currently listed for this Starbucks is incorrect. Unilocal’s wonderful computer system changed the City name and zip code when I clicked the save button. The correct address for this location is: O’Hare International Airport, Concourse B, Gate B12 10000 W O’Hare Chicago, IL60666
