Starfux is the ambassador 2 all nighters. A stepping stone to cocaine. If the wind is soft and the sails are hungry… Put a couple shots of espresso in an epideral and learn how to fly.

Not my favorite Starbucks. I went there yesterday, and I just felt like the barista taking my order was doing me a huge favor. She didn’t thank me. She didn’t thank anyone. And to top it off, I didn’t get the right drink, but I was tired of waiting. I took what they made me and walked away an unhappy customer.

The location is great and the vibe is good. It gets crowded. But it’s still a Starbucks…

Shame on you, I ran to the front door with my little son, it was about 5 minutes after closing, I saw them inside, I lightly tapped on the door and begged for my son to use the bathroom, it was an emergency, stone cold eyes, «no», starbucks guy I hope you get yours back one day. Lazy and not friendly.

It takes a lot for me to write a 5 star review for a Starbz… but this one is better than most as the staff(by in large) tends to remember your name, your drink order, and they do not make you repeat the order 17 times like several other starbucks locations. I wish the city had drive-thru locations but oh well!

I feel a little silly for reviewing a Starbucks, but this location is just so friendly! The staff is always incredibly nice and welcoming and they definitely remember their customers. Even when there’s a bit of a line due to the morning or weekend rush, the wait isn’t too long. I often come in with my laptop to do some work during the day and the tables/floors are clean which I really appreciate. There is a good amount of space and I’ve never found myself without a seat or table to work. Bonus: they have a decent sized outdoor area with tables and chairs for the warmer months.

This is a great Starbucks location. Parking is usually easy on side street, great service with a smile, and lack of screaming babies make it a good place to get a few emails or reports wrapped up at the end of a day. Coffee is accurately prepared and tasty.

Nice Starbucks. It’s not one of the biggest I’ve ever seen, but there’s a decent amount of space both inside and outside seating. The baristas were friendly and, like the other Starbucks, they will always remake your drink if you’re not satisfied. This Starbucks felt very clean and is in a cute little neighborhood, which is nice. Overall, a good Starbucks.

This is the first of three Starbucks reviews I am going to post in a row. Starbucks in general is 3 stars: the coffee is fine, the staff is fine … basically it’s not awful, but it’s not the best. As Unilocal would put it Starbucks is A-Ok. But some rise up. Some fall. My three reviews will feature one average one(this one), one above average one(on Rush St.), and one below average one(at 6 corners in Bucktown/WP). This Starbucks is your average Starbucks: nice enough baristas, good enough drinks, but nothing special going on here. Just your average, dependable Starbucks for an average, dependable coffee. 18⁄365

This is the worst Starbucks. Their customer service is horrendous. I was there on Friday afternoon at 1:00 pm. One couple ahead of me in line, five workers behind the counter. It took 8 min for me to be asked my order — again only one couple ahead of me. I proceeded to order a drink and a loaf. The guy who was grabbing my loaf, was simultaneously biting his fingernail and then touched the bag with his saliva filled hand. When I asked for him to wash his hands before he handed me my food — his response was«I was just about to do that» but before he did, he picked up my cup and grabbed a marker and asked me to repeat my drink order. I stood there for a second replaying his moves — he spread his germs from his mouth, to his fingers, to the bag on my loaf, to the marker to write on my cup and my cup. Gross!!! I waited 8 min for this service — ick! When he asked again for me to repeat my drink order, I walked out.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! My husband and I were looking for an apartment in this neighborhood and needed a place to sit and fill out the leasing application, so we stopped in. What a friendly staff! The building was clean and open with room to sit! I’m pleased to know this will now be our neighborhood coffee stop!

I came here after attending a nearby independent local coffee shop that left me disappointed. Can always rely on starbucks for a warm, quiet and comfortable environment while relaxing over some vanilla rooibos.

Sure, I may not like Starbucks coffee at all, but this location is full of super nice staff and customers and they’re almost never too crowded. I never have trouble finding an outlet for my poor sad computer which can’t go without its beloved tether for more than 5 minutes at a stretch(not exaggerating).

Soy options. Right next to the 73 bus stop. Friendly service and it’s clean! Sometimes, if I need a change in scenery and need to get some work done, I’ll come here. Bring headphones though, it can get noisy!

Great location. Not too busy. The staff always gets my orders right. Not like other locations. They are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Thank you.

It’s not charming in the way some of the independent shops in the neighborhood are, but this is a good coffee shop to get work done, sit outside, or just stop in for a reliable, quick drink. I find this to be a very comfortable place to work, and for the most part nobody bothers you. The side patio is a great spot in the warmer months, and a more reasonable place to be productive than many patios/gardens It’s nice that they are open relatively late, and the service is always zippy.

I kept forgetting this Starbucks was here and with some many good coffee shops around I wasn’t excited to go to a Starbucks. Also its not a 24 hour spot and late at night is when I do a lot of my coffee-shop studying. BUT finally, after 4 months of living in the neighborhood, I came for a day of studying– WONDERFUL! Everyone working when I was there were SO nice. Patient and more than willing to offer their opinions– and they made some great suggestions! It was personable– not always my Starbucks experience– which is so nice because that is the type of neighborhood this is! I will definitely be spending more time at this Starbucks.

As much as I love Starbucks and am addicted to coffee(shhhh), this place was really convenient when it came to my random craving for a Pumpkin Spice Latte. Since this one is the closest to where I live, me and my sister decided to stop by. The good: –It was warm in there –They made my latte pretty quick –The paintings in there are awesome! –The latte was amazing. The bad: –There was a line –There was no parking :( Since there is more good than bad, it’s not so bad :)

I live a short walk from this location so it’s pretty much my local Starbucks. The service here has always been good and the café area is usually pretty clean. Although its a small store, I find the café area nicer than most locations I’ve been to in the city. I also like the fact that they have some seating on the sidewalk outside. The only drawback here is parking can be a little challenging at times, especially on weekends.
