Me and my husband just left and we experience the WORST customer service EVERRR! The barista (Slava) demeanor was unwelcoming, and her jester was rude. She raised her voice at me in an unfriendly loud disturbing tone. Though this is my neighborhood Starbucks, she made me feel like I didn’t belong there. Last month my husband had a similar experience with another female barista.
My experience left me feeling like she could of been prejudice. While we were at the condiment stand, a caucasian man came in after us and she welcomed him like Starbucks mission and core values states. Never going back.

This is one of the better locations to study. It’s never too crowded & the staff is super friendly & helpful. Drinks & food are always made quickly.

This is my local Starbucks and THE BEST STARBUCKS EVERRRRRRR!!!
The staff is what makes this Starbucks what it is. They are always friendly and smiling. I look forward to going in there and chatting it up about sports with my favorite barista (I don’t even know his name, despite carrying on many a Bears conversation with him).
If another Starbucks is your home location and you live in Lakview/Lincoln Park, switch to this one!
