Starbucks

There are a lot of starbucks all over the globe. I have been to many of them, but I can honestly say, this is the best one. The baristas are so kind and make an effort to get to know you and your drink is absolutely perfect!

The manager Linda was awesome. VERY nice and professional. Store nice clean and everything stocked. She smiled and spoke to everyone who came through the doors. What was fascinating is when she realized that I was from out of town she stopped by my table and gave me pointers about the city and places to go visit. I’ll be sure to stop back by this location when I return to Chicago. Thank you Linda!!!

This is easily the best Starbuck’s I have ever been to. My family stops here on our way out of town frequently, and the service is always quick and super friendly. We inadvertently test the skills of the people working the drive-​thru with chaotic ordering, and they never fail to do a great job.

This Starbucks is on my way to work, and I stop here once or twice a week in the morning, around 6:45 or 7:00. The drinks and pastries are pretty standard for Starbucks, and the staff is extremely friendly. However, the service tends to take a while, and the drive-​thru especially moves slowly during the morning rush. I should probably give ordering from the mobile app a shot, because there have been several times that I’ve driven by without stopping because it’s so crowded and I know it’ll take longer than I have to get my coffee!

This is my favorite Starbucks. I love to come here and get my frappucino and sit with my laptop, and listen to smooth sounds.

Visiting Chicago from Las Vegas and while visiting this Starbucks the manager on duty was extremely professional and friendly. Her name is Linda Edwards and she went above and beyond what I expected from a manager at a busy place like this. While she was cleaning up after previous customers she initiated a conversation with me about where I am from and gave me great advice about where to go in Chicago. I will patronize this location as much as possible thanks to her and recommend others in my family to patronize it also. Great job Starbucks with giving this location a chance!!! Oh, and great job Linda for recommending a blend I don’t usually consume because I liked it a lot and now will try other blends.

This is one of my go to sbux and I love it!!! I tried the order ahead feature on the mobile app OMG my order was waiting on me at the front counter. For the most part you can order what you want the way you want but for some bakery items it is what it is warmed or not. This location is clean friendly and in the mornings fast the earlier you go you are likely to get what you want as far as food. The only downside to this location is they don’t sell tumblers because I love their tumblers

I normally use the drive through… and they are very nice… imagine my surprise with the subpar service received inside. Cold pastry, without an offer to warm it, like they do at every other Starbucks I frequent… cashier who appeared to be annoyed… super long wait… for an incorrectly made drink… sigh…I am going to chalk this up to a bad day for them and hope it’s a one-​off because I don’t want to have to travel across the city for coffee! Hey Starbucks… DO BETTER!

Friendly staff but your car will get dusty waiting and waiting and waiting in line for your order. It’s actually faster to drive to a further Starbucks.

I swear if I had time I would write corporate detaing the great staff here. I have never had a bad experience here even if I asked to have my drink remade. I remember once I forgot my credit card after running and they gave me the drink for free! I know thats Starbucks policy but all of them don’t ways adhere to it. Great job guys!

Place is run terribly. Have to wait for you to brew coffee on saturday morning? Really!!! You suck!

Best coffee on the Southside. Keeps me up for hours. Especially with my gold card.

I love this SBs due it’s drive-​thru & customer service. Very friendly, & eager to please staff. The wait is pretty long but worth it. My fave are the chai lattes & frapps! Their breakfast items are very fresh!

I love this Starbucks!!! Its very spacious. great customer services. They always have coffee brewed fresh. .If its not fresh they’re rebrew it for me. Don’t have to worry about long lines. I love it because it’s closed to work

I came into the Starbucks on 71^st Stony Island at 6:01AM, it sits on the corners of 71^st St. I went into the mentioned location and experienced the WORSE customer service from the MANAGER!!! It was unbelievable. After nearly BEGGING for assistance to use the WiFi… 5 approaches to the COUNTER, and 1.31 HOURS of my MIDTERM study time pleading for assistance… I must admit I gave up and left.

Starbucks…this is your mission statement and I experienced the total opposite of your «Creed» or do you really want to call this a MISSION STATEMENT??? Or did you just mention this because it sounds GOOD???
Well I received marginal service from your manager, it was totally LESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS than stellar!
I could have gone to McDonald’s and received better customer service than this…

Chef Sara she is on-​site serving and exercising great service! vegetarian menu offered as well…
Dunkin Donuts (south on Stony Island 8600 blk)

I really love that Starbucks Drive-Thru’s exist. This one is great. They always get my order right and are very friendly. There are also tons of people in there always which is nice. It just has an overall friendly feel to it.

This location needs way more organization. The drive through is always long and kinda slow. I came in here last week and ordered a tall non fat caramel brulee and there was a sufficient amount of people in line so of course there was a wait. The only problem was that everyone in front of me and behind me was given their coffee before I was. If I ordered mine before them, I should get it before them. Apparently the lady forgot about me because she didn’t make it until I asked where the hell my coffee was. Typically understaffed.

The chia tea latte is kinda watery for my taste, other then that I have no complaints, the staff is friendly and the service on a good day is fast

The staff here is pretty slow. I think thats mainly because they do to much socializing amongst themselves. There’s an older lady who works here that’s always on it though. Other than that, its a Starbucks. It all taste the same. Coffee with a boatload of sugar for $ 5.

I gave this starbuck 4 stars not because I’m a big fan of the coffee but because the customer service was amazing.
I maybe cheap because I just can’t see paying over 3 bucks for a cup of coffee no matter what they do to it but I had a gift card and thought I would go and try it out!
I know this maybe like nails on a chalkboard for my starbuck friends but I enjoy McDonald’s and Dunkin Donuts Carmel Mocha much better but my friends say that’s because I like coffee with my cream… lol
So, for me the price point and the taste is just not a winning combo for me but the smiling faces and the exceptional help from the staff makes me want to come back and see if I there is a coffee that they serve that I would like to drink and spend my money on.
I also have to say the place was clean and I did enjoy my visit!
