The store is nice, but I wont be in again because the owner is incredibly arrogant and not very helpful. I was ready to buy a pair of shoes until we had to listen to him tell us how great he is. I walked a half a block down to Villa and the customer service was much better. I don’t mind paying a premium for shoes at places like Succezz and Saint Afred bc they’re customer service is so good. I’ve probably purchased over 100 pairs of Jordans in the last 15 years and I will not give a dime to Stash. The owner keeps treating people this way and the store wont be there in a few years. FYI Im Caucasian and we ll dressed, Cant imagine how he treats minorities and others.

Shopping at stash was an amazing experience the layout of the store is organized and clean sneakers selection is up to par, Moyie and his staff are knowledgeable and very cordial they all took very good care of me. I also got an amazing price for the sneakers that I really wanted, he also threw in the shoe cleaner for free this store is a must must visit when you come to Chicago for any true sneaker head 5 Stars for them!!!

I had given Stash a review that was 4 stars until I called up about a new Jordan release. I still think the young man that helped me had great service but here you go… I called up and the man who answered was the Owner and he is the same Owner from the old store Diana’s Shoes. I asked him if they where doing the release he said yes. So I asked him what time the doors open and he said…“Oh you have too be on the list.” I said ok how can I get on the list? He said«Sorry you can’t be on the list it’s for our valued customer that been shopping with us for over 10 years.» …ok so I guess all the Shoes I bought there doesn’t make me a VALUEDCUSTOMER??? I know a bunch of people who just wait in line on release days here and haven’t shopped here over 10YEARS! Plus you OVERPRICE your inventory. I will never step a foot in here again and either will my friends.

The owner of what used to be my favorite shoe store(Diana Shoes) has opened this bright, shiny new store with better merchandise and the same amazing customer service. I journeyed down to WP find some new shoes for my kid and was thrilled to see that the owner, Tony Kim, ditched the old store & business in favor of this new, gorgeous space that was once home to a banquet hall and Polish restaurant. Be sure to check out the lovely etched-glass entryway on your way in. The shoe selection is better than ever. No longer carrying a side-selection of awkward, trashy shoes they have curated the merchandise to solely(haha) focus on tennis shoes, sneakers and athletic shoes(are those all the same thing?). They even have an exclusive, locked-glass room with the hottest, most-expensive Air Jordans. And, word is Stash will also buy your old Air Jordans on consignment for a 20% cut. I’ll definitely be stepping up my shoe game this summer…
