Stephanie LoVerde sold my two flat and I highly recommend her as real estate agent. She has boundless energy and is always immediately accessible, regardless of time. Stephanie was a tremendous asset for us both with our purchase and sale. We reached out to Stephanie without having met her based on a glowing recommendation. She asked no questions and was quick to get us in on short notice to see a new property on the market. Stephanie helped guide our thinking on what to offer. Based on that advice the sellers accepted our first offer. She’s great at gathering intelligence from sellers and buyers alike to help put things in perspective — something many agents seem not well-​equipped to do.
Stephanie also helped us through a very challenging issue in selling our current property. Through a combination of perspective, calling in favors to do photo shoots early and using her network as a top agent in the city, we had an offer that we accepted without even listing our condo and were able to close our sale within a week of closing on our purchase.
Stephanie has a good roster of contractors (photographer, home foundation experts, etc.) to help with issues as they come up — many who provide advice without charging a dime only asking you consider them if you do work on the property in the future. In fact, one of them spent more than an hour on the phone with us talking through potential issues on our purchase, without so much as a dime in his pocket (and he lives an hour away). She is also incredibly diligent with timelines and details and is communicative and responsive every step of the way.
We imagine it is very difficult to find this precise combination of skills and care anywhere in the industry. We’d highly recommend Stephanie for both buy and sell side.

We just closed on our home that Stephanie was our realtor for. From the beginning she was prompt, attentive and highly effective at communicating. She had great ideas about the best way to list and sell our home. Our place sold quickly and at the price we had hoped for. Unfortunately for us many complications arose from the point we had a contract until we closed. All due to building issues and not one of them due to Stephanie. In fact that was when we really saw her skills at play. She managed some difficult situations for us and eased our anxieties in ways we are incredibly grateful for. I also believe had it not been for her we could have easily lost our buyers and possibly would have had to start over.
