We have been coming here for a quick lunch for over a year. Each time we are greeted by a older man who is very welcoming. He always makes our meals great and is nice while doing so. Each time we end up always chit-chatting about dogs before leaving. Even though its a Subway it feels like a little neighborhood family sandwich shop. Great service.

I work across the street and have been going here for the 15 years its been open. Theres an older gentleman there now who was so improperly trained that ordering anything is a exercise in frustration. What used to take 2 minutes now takes 10. If I see him through the window I keep walking. Other employees are fantastic… but its just not worth it anymore. I now go elsewhere.

This place is an old standby for lunch. It’s cheap and if you pick the right things, its healthy. It’s good for those days where you know you’ll be working late and you can get a $ 5 sandwich that will last you through dinner.

Unlike B B., I am not so impressed. My BIGGESTCOMPLAINT is that unless you ASK for a napkin, they don’t give you one! AGAINTODAY I didn’t get one. It’s like asking a stranger to help you MOVE! Do these guys get commission on the number of napkins remaining at the end of the day? As for the food, c’mon, Subway is Subway. The amount of meat and cheese is the same no matter where you go, unless the«artist» gives you more out of the goodness of their heart. In this economy, no one will risk losing their job by giving away an extra slice of turkey. But, the sandwiches are good, the ingredients and bread are fresh. So, from that perspective they’re fine here. A little slow sometimes, but otherwise OK. Just cough up a friggin’ napkin, will you?!

Good, im glad nobody has reviewed this yet, because I probably go there more than anyone around the West Loop. Let me start by saying I eat at subways all around the country, and even moolighted as a sandwich artist myself(for free meals). This is BYFAR my favorite subway in the world. I even took a picture of the most perfect subway sandwich and showed it off to the manager to tell him what a great job they are doing. The short hispanic worker behind the counter makes just a great sandwich, and doesnt skimp you on meat or toppings like most loop locations do. The décor is wonderful as well. Great job guys!
