Surprised to any negative reviews because this Subway has AMAZING customer service! The staff has always been super friendly and they even remember my order(or at least try to guess). The 10% DePaul discount and Free Cookie Friday(for everyone) are great promos. Food quality is on par with the other 3,721 Subways you and I have dined at before, but they do one thing better on the line: they are really particular about how they out the cheese on your sandwich! It’s the simple things in life :-) Love this location.

Dirty!!! One time i saw the worker handling the food with no gloves!!! Their sandwiches also don’t taste as good.

Worst one in the city. Owner is a jerk and gives you mean looks. Wish there were better options close to my house. I go out of my way to order in.

They are very VERY stingy on ingredients. To the point I’d suggest going to the subway on North Ave and Sedgwick. It’s not that much further but they make the sandwich you want without having to «beg» for extra toppings(ie more than 3 pickles on a footlong)
