Very clean restaurant, very friendly staff for a healthy subway meal. One of my favorite in Chicago~ *****

I have been to 50+ subway locations. This one has the most productive sandwich-making team of them all. Impressive!

Staff friendly, well-prepared salad with generous servings and fast service. Boss-man, I hope you treat these people well because they deserve it!

I visited this place this weekend. What can I say, it was Subway. It was consistent in terms of food quality. I thought the line was a bit long and slow moving. It could have used some improvement but the place seemed clean and if the line was short I’d probably eat here again.

This Subway has a little kiosk where you place your order which allows you to pay and get your food quicker than everyone else in line. I’d say this Subway is superior to others simply because it is much more efficient. The food is standard to the franchise.

Subway is always a good lunch alternative. Sometimes, you’ve had too much Potbellys. While I hate the food court(also known as the Dirty Food Court or the Cesspool) that this Subway is in, it’s part of the pedway system, so I can get here from the Leo Burnett building without stepping outside. They’re super fast and I love the option of a computer order. You print out your ticket and wait near the cashier, bypassing the line.(Please note, the receipt you get reflects a higher price than what you actually pay.) Gotta love the roasted chicken breast with banana peppers and giardiniera! Tip: take your sandwich and eat somewhere else. This dirty food court is terribly depressing and smells like sticky grease. And if you sing that $ 5 footlongs jingle, I’ll probably cut you. Seriously.

This Subway is great. There is always a line but it always moves quickly– they have the assembly line system down so well! I’ve ventured into the one at the Thompson center before and literally waited 20 minutes while extremely slow moving employees made sandwiches– but at least they were moving while their co-workers, who clearly decided they had nothing to do, sat there and watched. At this location, the staff moves very fast so you’re never in line for more than a few minutes. I’ve never had them screw anything up or fail to understand what I was saying, even though the staff is very diverse– there does not appear to be any language barrier and the employees are not pissed off looking like other fast food joints. Most importantly I’ve never once seen an employee there standing idle during the lunch rush! Thanks Subway for giving me a fast and healthy lunch! :)
