Found my way into Sully’s House on a cold winter night. Walked into a swarm of Packer-wailing trash for the playoff game. Many of the people seemed to have had the literacy skills of those from Manitiwoc County. The food is great, I suggest the Sully Sticks. The beer is fairly priced, and the champagne bottles are the cheapest in the city!

Ok, so I am going to be biased since it was Gators game day and we had a lot of gators around and we watched the game. It was a lot of fun. The waitress was prompt and we got lot of food and drinks. Definite place to be when your team plays here :)

Just a neighborhood bar with a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the food is good… And there’s a decent beer selection as well. Definitely a good place to watch the games.

Kind of tucked away off the main path; my friends and I stopped here after going to Road Runner Sports nearby and were wandering around looking for a dinner spot. We sat in the dining room area(the bar area was full), and got great service right away. The server was friendly and attentive, and helped make recommendations when we had a hard time deciding. The food was good, nothing out of this world, but decent, and prices were good as well. The only slightly odd thing was that this other server kept coming over to our table checking on us; he did it once early on trying to take our order(and our server came back and said he could do it), and then this other guy kept sort of ‘swooping by’ the table checking on us(but it wasn’t needed as ‘our’ server was just fine). I kind of got the impression the second guy was trying to ‘steal’ our table or get extra tips or something. Maybe he was just trying to be helpful, but it came across kind of weird. Either way, I plan to go back!

As the official Gator bar in Chicago, I have to give it 5 stars. But even from an unbiased perspective, I think everyone would agree Sully’s is super fun, full of good looking people, has an incredibly friendly staff, super clean bathrooms(especially for a bar), and decent selections of food and drink at reasonable prices.

Great place to mingle on Saturday game day with other Chicago-area Gator fans! Lots of televisions, friendly staff, free wifi. Had a good, fresh Greek salad

WINGS to die for. THe food and drinks, along with a 30 – 10 victory for the Gators made this stop a five star.

My husband and I live right next door to Sully’s and will go there occasionally to have some drinks with friends or for some appetizers. For bar food, the apps are actually very tasty! They main bartender who is there often is super nice and has great drink suggestions. This is a great place if you’re going with your co-workers for a happy hour and want to hang out on the roof with the tiki torches and some music. I’ve heard that the beer prices are more expensive than expected but they have some pretty good beer bucket deals.

The neighborhood place to watch Hawks games. Outdoor seating available on the sidewalk. Lots of TV screens. I amazingly had fried mac ‘n cheese; can’t say I recommend that! Excellent service and not too sticky for s bar…

I went here last night with a friend to watch the game and the place was packed. I was hoping to get something to eat but there was barely any standing room yet alone a table to sit. We were considering leaving but a very nice man allowed us to go upstairs until their private party arrived. We were able to sit down and have some great food and drinks. Our server was very friendly and accommodating especially considering he was kind enough to go downstairs to the madhouse and close out our tab to transfer upstairs. Really nice vibe here and I will definitely return.

I’m not a sports fan in the slightest. OK, maybe in the slightest: I’ve been a fair-weather Bulls fan with the best of them since His Airness held«court» in the annals of the history of Chicago. But I do love to travel. What’s that have to do with anything about a sports bar, you ask? Well, I’ll tell you. I come to Sully’s exactly once a month for a travel meetup hosted by a guy named Paul Kaufmann( , 5-stars to the Meetup & him too). Paul arranged with Sully’s for us to take over their large back room every third Tuesday evening of the month. Each month, one of the meetup members presents one of his or her adventures on the big screen: PowerPoints with stories from everywhere – from Burma to Cuba, Ukraine to Colombia(¡Era yo!). There always seems to be a problem with the projector, where the colors aren’t true(yes, they lie!). Sometimes the noise from the main room makes it hard to hear. When it’s cold out, inconsiderate folk come in the side door and freeze our buns. But still, my hat goes off to Sully’s for giving us the space and good service(all 30 — 60 of us showing up & leaving at about the same time must not be easy for the server or the cooks). And the bar food is solid, as are the beer list and other libations. In fact, three hats off – let’s make it a hat trick.(My papa done raised no completely-sports-illiterate son!0

Usually my go to spot for lunch. Great service. Danny does a great job getting to know customers and remembers your order if you come enough!(Steak wrap and fries) On nice days the patio and rooftop are great spots to enjoy your food and/or beverages.

I’ve been coming here weekly for the better part of five years. I play volleyball next door so my team goes to Sully’s after the game. We are in love with the pizza and the chicken tenders(with chipotle mayo sauce). They are soooo good and luckily the kitchen is open pretty late so we can get food if we’re in by 11pm. Lots of TVs and always a good crowd make it great for watching a game. The staff is really nice and I am on a first name basis with pretty much everyone there. Oh, and the rooftop is awesome. Here’s to Sully’s House!

Where to start about this place… I’ll go food first Sully Sticks and the Club sandwich will make anyone happy, any day of the week. Always fresh, always prepared well and if I’m feeling tater tots one day then sweet potato fries the next, no worries. they got you covered. The service is second to none. There are not many places you can go in Chicago that you have been to a hand full of times and the bartenders and servers remember you AND what you ordered the last time you were there. They even offered to charge my phone, I didn’t have to ask. Who does that??? Oh Sully’s does… Let’s talk about the TVs… many establishments fail to take great thought into TV placement and don’t even get me started about quality. I understand people wanting to go to a larger spot to watch a game but at Sully’s no matter where you sit(bar, table, pop a shot break, etc.) you aren’t missing the game and the TV quality is on point. They get a great crowd too. Music…these people clearly understand the importance of solid jams. Have something you want to hear? They will play it for you and you don’t need to feed the juke box(within reason of course, they don’t play garbage. so if you like garbage music, I’m sorry) Obviously, I love this place. You can watch sports, listen to good music, have good service and be surrounded by good people, indoors or outdoors. Seriously, what more could you ask for?

My favorite local sports bar to come watch any game or event. Danny, Isaac, Stef, and Derek are always attentive and helpful. The upstairs private bar is a perfect spot to have bday or parties of any type. The rooftop patio is a great summer spot to chill and take in some rays. Some of my favorite food items are the buffalo wings and Sully Stix. Nice little combo to put on a solid base for a night of drinking.

Why 5 stars? Because of the the customer service. I should have written a review a while ago. First of Danny is the shit. Wil always remember who you are and what you ordered. Then Isaac, he is pretty solid. Always a good time, he also does a great Mariah Carey impersonation. which brings me to the food hands down go with steak quesadillas. Also they have really good raps and a great arugula salad. Hands down one of the best local bars in Chicago.
