I own a business in Hyde Park (Open Produce), where we sell lots of tofu. This place has excellent tofu products, Chinese-​style soy milk, and bean sprouts.
The factory, which I’ve toured, is spectacularly clean and seems to use all new equipment. We plan to switch our tofu offerings from Phoenix Bean Co, whose quality control is iffy, to Sun Xien.
