This was an absolutely terrible experience, would never, ever step foot near this salon again. After making an appointment, they proceeded to call the next day to confirm completely changing the time and absolutely insisting, very rudely I might add, that I was wrong. It was extremely unprofessional I was aghast and offended at how terse and aggressive they were on the phone towards a customer. Then, I decided to give them another shot and made another appointment for another day. That day thirty minutes before my appointment, they then called me saying they were running late with no apology or remorse and that I wouldn’t be able to come in until an hour after my appointment. I went on time regardless in case they could take me on time and the woman without even looking up said we called you twice you have to come back we can’t take you. I then canceled my appointment and told the lady she shouldn’t be so rude to her customers and I would rather take my business anywhere else in Chicago. Of course then she tried to be sweet and seat me right away but I walked out. Absolutely atrocious. Inexcusable. DONOTGOHERE.

This was a terrible experience. The absolute worst! I will never return here again, and I would have walked out had I not already bought a Groupon. They messed up my reservation time and the lady tried to scold me. She was extremely rude. The entire time I was there, several people mentioned they had left messages and no one ever returned their calls(you have to call in order to a get reservation). I even heard the person taking reservations tell a co-worker that he didn’t remember who called to make reservations, so he just wrote the word«Lady» in various time slots. Then a «regular» customer showed up 30 minutes past her scheduled appointment(and admitted she was late) and the person left me in the middle of my pedicure to help her. I was freezing waiting on someone else to come and finish my pedicure! Their service is extremely unprofessional. They are not located at this location anymore and are squatting in another salon(probably due to financial issues and customer complaints).

Service is great and prices are reasonable! Loved the experience here! I paid $ 15 for a mani and the technician took her time to do a wonderful job. I will come back next time I’m in town!

I love this place! I live way up north and always come out of my way to spend time Sunny and her staff. They make me feel so comfortable and a part of their family every time I stop in. I always get a no chip manicure and it usually lasts for up to 3 weeks. Other places start chipping around 1.5! I would highly recommend coming to check this place out!

The no chip manicure I got done here lasted for 3 weeks and looked great! The location is a bit strange, however, and needs to be updated. It feels very old and kitschy and kind of put me off a bit. But as far as the service went, I couldn’t be happier with my nails!

The fiancée and I wentSunday for our manipedis here. I really enjoyed the service and my nails look amazing! Have you ever had a manipedi that look so perfect you cant stop looking at them, or its the first thing you look at when you wake up., yea its like that! The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is for the location I thought the foot baths would have been more updated and cleaner… not dirty just old… and the spa chairs glass holders were also very worn and old. what I mean by glass., the place is byob. love…love that part, we had mimosas! No cork fee… oh yeah! So I will definitely be going back, the price was great 30 percent off first time customers not sure what the regular price. but I will keep you posted. I get the no chip. and I had a guy… I should have gotten his name but since he appears to be a permenant employee I didnt mind that I forgot, cause I feel asured he will be there when I go back. He is the only one I want to do my manipedis!
