Had a lovely experience with Ms. April. I just walked in, and she gave me a fantastic fade and worked well with my thick hair. Very affordable and convenient.

Seiry cut my hair she was super cool for dealing with all my vague directions. She was very nice and polite and cut the hair on my ears which must of been gross and I didn’t ask which made it even better. How can you not like someone who cares if you have nasty ear hair and takes care of it without asking?

Only came here twice… The first time I came 2÷13÷16 it was wonderful! A woman named Carly dyed my hair and it was fantastic. Then I came in this Saturday 2÷20÷16 to get a cut and blow dry. It was the day of my engagement party and I had worked all morning and didn’t have time to do it myself. When I went in Carly was not there so I was seen by some other girl. She washed my hair… it was ok… she cut my hair… it was ok… but then she began to blow dry my hair and the nightmare started!!!
First off I have naturally curly hair. You need to put a oil of some sort in my hair to straighten curly hair… NOT hair mousse!
Second this chick was ripping my hair out of my head as she was blow drying it!
Third she made me feel absolutely awful about my hair. I have thyroid disease and it makes your hair thin. She kept going on and on about how my hair was thin in certain areas so the other clients who were there were all staring at me.
Then when it was all over she charges me $ 62!!! When I got my hair dyed it was $ 60 and that’s fine because I have long hair. But $ 62 for a hair cut and half ass blow dry is outrageous!
So before I left my hair had static and asked if she had anything for it and I was told no.
When I got in my cab to go to my ENGAGEMENT PARTY it started to friz. When I got to the party my hair was so frizzy that I couldn’t be in any of the pictures!
I am going back in there and demanding my money back! I will not ever get my hair done at this location ever again! They ruined a very important day in my life. Thanks to them I don’t even have a single picture to remember what was supposed to be a special day!

Run away from this place! The problem was not only that they messed up my hair (chunks of hair longer, evident line between levels, uneven sides, different looks on the right than on the left) but that the woman could not see anything wrong with it. Actually she said «it is impossible that it is uneven, it is cut with a clip clipper». Then proceeded to say i did not give enough direction or that could be my hair. The cut took less that 10 min and it was rushed, but she did not see that as a problem. She said I should go to a more expensive place, but even in other supercuts and haircuttery you can find good hair cuts. A refresher course would really help. Im offended, angry, and embarrassed to walk on the street. I ran to another place and they took photos because they have never seen anything like it!

Marlen does a great men’s Haircut… She is very Talented. When she is not in Silvia cuts my boyfriend hair she does a wonderful job…

I came here yesterday to get my daughter’s hair cut. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted very kindly by the 2 women who worked here. I didn’t catch their names, however one was a heavier set older hispanic woman, and the other was a thin young black woman with red poofy hair.
Luckily there was no one in there and we were able to get my daughters seated right away. I have two daughters, so each one got a kid. I have to say both of them were very good with the kids, and listened to what the kids wanted. I specifically asked them not to ask me if I was happy with length or style to ask my kids. They respected that, and it made my daughters feel special. They both had smiles ten feet wide.
In the end both girls looked cute! The ended up getting semi similar cuts. I’d bring both of my kids back here. If I didn’t have my own regular stylist I’d consider coming here. As the kids were getting their hair cut the lobby did fill up quite a bit and both the women greeted customers as they came in and gave wait times. From what I can see they treat their customers pretty well

I had to wait over 30 min because an employee was getting trained, and then the stylist said that my tip wasn’t high enough and returned it to me. Awful, awful service. Won’t be going back.

Thanks for the Supercut today, Raven. Great job! My hair is really thin and Raven listened and asked along the way, provided an excellent cut and style.

I wonder if whomever owns this one realizes that customers get ignored? I walked in to get my sons hair cut, stood there for 5 minutes while employees chatted in the back by the wash basins. At first I thought they didn’t notice us, but I made my presence known and was still ignored. So out we walked, never to return.

With all these less than grand reviews, trust me I was skeptical too. I have very thick hair and it takes a certain person to be able to achieve a style I love.
That person was Raven. She listened to my struggle and genuinely cared about her work. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I got there at open and they did not open until 10 after. Then, the second stylist, Tierra, was even later than that. She then cut my hair, not completely awful, I think she could be talented, but never wet the top of my head so the cut was inconsistent. After the cut she never wiped my face so I was Covered in hair. I then used an expired coupon which was supposed to be used at Great Clips and they accepted it. I gave 3 stars bc it wasn’t completely disappointed but wasn’t happy. I always tip, but for the first time today, decided not to. This company would have to work to regain my business!

The hair stylist here, Sara, is amazing! Not only does she know how to cut hair the way I like it but she makes you feel welcomed by her demeanor.
I would recommend this place to my friends.
