Been going to them since 1999 and have never had a bad experience.

I was referred to this business for their superior work and I’m glad I did. Walk into this shop and Ms. Nora will LISTEN to what you want and develop a plan and reasonable price. (If you want cheap, get a frame on EBay!)

This is the only place I go to have anything framed. They do beautiful work and the owners are lovely.

Supreme Frame does a fantastic job. I had three 11×14 prints of a sentimental photograph that I needed framed and matted for Christmas presents. I only gave them the prints a few days before Christmas and the guys worked extra hard and put a rush on it so I would have them in time. The end product was phenomenal. They chose a combination of frame/​matting and even a plaque that looked great! To top it off, they delivered the photos to my office on Christmas Eve. I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone at Supreme Frame for helping make my family’s Christmas so wonderful. I will be using and also highly recommending Supreme Frame in the future. Thanks guys!

This is a great frame shop. I had a piece that needed special attention due to its age and condition. The staff was very helpful picking out the perfect custom frame. I love it and it looks great on my dinning room wall.

These guys are awesome… They framed my artwork beautifully and installed the peices in my home to museum standards… I would highly recommend them for framing and installation in you need it!

Life saver! I’ve reviewed this shop before but they came to the rescue when my company needed to print, frame, and ship 30 images out of country as a client gift for an expo.
We called that morning, emailed the image, sent shipping info, and the framed pictures were sent that afternoon. I couldn’t believe that they were able to pull that off and am unbelievably grateful!

This place was horrible and not very dependable. I had a rush job that needed to be complete and I stopped by the store at 8A (which is when they open accordingly to their website) and the doors were locked. I waited for about 10 – 15 minutes and after no one showing up, I left. I called their office around 9:30A and Austin answered and said he could absolutely help. After explaining that I was unable to go back to their shop (as it’s across town) I asked if I could email him the files to be printed and framed. He said their email was not working but offered to come by my office and pick it up. Austin said he needed to connect with his production manager to check feasibility but would call me right back. I waited and NEVER received a phone call. 2 hours later I called back to follow-​up and someone else answered the phone and said Austin was out on another job and wouldn’t be able to come by until much later in the day. I explained to this guy my frustration of them first being closed and then not showing up and he seemed to care less and rushed me off the phone.
Needless to say I would NEVER recommend them and will be going to a more dependable place.

Great experience! I’m extremely happy with the quality of work, large loft print framed, delivered and installed in two weeks. Installation was perfectly done. I’ll definitely be back!

I used Supreme Frame for a project that included about 40 pieces. They were so professional and nice, very easy to work with, and everything from the consulation to the install was a breeze. Every piece was perfect. They are so flexible and knowledgeable. They are very fair about pricing as well. I feel confident in recommending them to anyone, whatever the project.

Had a great experience at surpreme picture frame. We went in — never having had anything framed before — with a lot of questions. All of our questions were answered warmly and graciously, and our piece was framed for $ 70 including tax (it was an 11×17 print). It looks fabulous in our place, and I will definitely be back for any other framing needs!

Leaves much to be desired. I went into this framing shop with the idea that I would get a piece of professional artwork framed that I had purchased at Old Towne Art Fair. Just in viewing the available options I knew that this framing store was not to the caliber that they purport. It’s okay I guess for lower end things.

Wow why doesn’t this place have more reviews?
I’ve came here twice. First time was for a beautiful oil canvas painting which I received as a gift for Christmas. I wanted to stretch the canvas painting out onto a board so that I could hang it up in my bedroom. The guy who helped me out was very helpful. He explained to me how it would be done. I remember walking out of that place being very happy with how much it cost, but I guess since I wasn’t technically framing anything but just stretching it out on the board, it was not that expensive.
The second time I was there was to do a custom 14×14 frame. This time a lady helped me out. I told her that I just needed a basic black frame and I wanted to put a matte around the picture. She was very helpful in suggesting different colored mattes that would match the color of my picture. In the end, I decided on white. Can’t go wrong with white! It’s pure and elegant. She also gave me suggestions on how the picture can be put on a foam board for better support inside the frame. Most importantly, I wasn’t pressured to accept her suggestions and she said that it was totally up to me. I decided not to put the picture on the foam board as it’s an additional cost of about $ 25. She also said that if I later decide to have this, I can always come back at another time. The total in the end was about $ 150. I expected it to cost less since I requested for the most basic and cheapest frame. But hey, it’s custom framing and not some mass produced standard frame from Bed, Bath & Beyond or Target. Overall, I was very happy with how the frame looks (classy!). And I’m willing to pay for the customer service and quality of their work.

I’ve used Supreme Picture Frame several times. I find them helpful, knowledgeable and surprisingly affordable considering the chic neighborhood in which they’re located. I highly recommend them for framing services.
