WELOVETHESUTTONSTRONGBOOTCAMP! My wife and I have been going to April’s 5am bootcamp for several years and it’s been a life changer. Every time I show up, I am guaranteed a great total body workout. She also does an excellent job of emphasizing good form — something I really need help with. April is always well informed, motivating and displays a sincere concern for your growth. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness. Thank you April!

I’ve been going to Suttonstrong Bootcamp for over a year now, and thanks to April and Gabe’s help, I am now the strongest person I know. When I first started, I could barely hold up my own body weight(stupid gravity) and now a year later my newly developed muscles are so big they have their own gravitational pull. The Suttonstrong Bootcamp classes are perfect for all body types and/or people new to group training. Or if you are in ideal shape, like me, April still finds a way to challenge you and improve upon our/your already perfect form. Probably the best part of the class is the group dynamic. Suttonstrong classes seem to attract the kind of people you want to work out with — friendly, encouraging and fun people. Sure, people in class tend to get competitive with me because I am the class champion, but that only encourages me even more! Seriously, if you want a challenging, fun and effective bootcamp program, give Suttonstrong a try. April and Gabe are amazing trainers and you’ll definitely see improvement if you put in to the workout what they put in to planning/executing classes.

The company I worked for was offering a free month trial of April’s bootcamp class. I was never big on weight training and was a bit nervous to start. April made the class really hard but managed to make everyone feel like they were training with her forever. Each class was different and if April could not make a class, she had her brother fill in for her. After the month of training I noticed a huge difference in my body and attitude towards a healthy lifestyle! Thanks April.

Although I’ve been working out for years, I needed a good personal trainer for motivation. I was referred to April for fitness training from a friend. I could tell that she was a true professional because she took the time to help me create some realistic weight loss goals. Her sessions are tough but well worth every ounce of sweat. We met three times a week for about 2 months for full body workouts. I finally got my six pack abs back again. Totally worth every penny.
