I couldn’t wait to take home my new threads and wear each of them right away!
The artist Shernett Swaby is an amazing woman! She knows exactly how to make any girl feel fabulous in what she is wearing and she knows her body!
I definitely stepped slightly out of my comfort zone with some of her designs and the compliments came pouring!
She has an innovative touch to what she does and a unique eye for design.
Her showroom is a piece of art in its self and the clothes have your eye’s dancing in every direction.
I love that she caters her design to your asthetics but with a little twist. I will be coming back for years! They knew what they were talking about when she was a finalist in Project Runway Canada!
I can’t wait to wear another one of her creations!

Shernett’s designs are amazing! She is so talented. She knows a woman’s body and will ensure that her clothes fit your body well to make you look amazing! To wear clothes designed by a Project Runway Canada designer sets you apart! When I wear her clothes or carry her bags, I always receive so many compliments. Her designs are so unique, you will always stand out in a sea of mass produced (and boring!) clothes!

Wearable art. Those are the words that come to mind when I think of the Swaby line. Shernett Swaby, the creative genious behind both design and construction of each garment takes a lot of pride in her work. Every stitch is lovingly sewed by Shernett herself, who was a Project Runway top 5 finalist in Canada. Brag worthy, don’t you think?
What sets Swaby apart from other lines is the clear vision and stamp of authenticity for each and every piece. Once you start to become familiar with Swaby, it is easy to discern it from other labels. An investment in the Swaby line will ensure that you will feel like an individual, beautiful but edgy at the same time. There is an effortless feel for the pieces created in the line because items are easily mixed and matched though they are high-​end couture. Most of the items by Swaby are certainly statement pieces, but you never have to worry that the clothes are wearing you! The clothing seems to have a way of bringout out the inner model aka runway diva in any woman who dons an item from the line.
Swaby features couture pieces from handbags to outwear and everything in between. Pieces are custom made to order because designs are adjusted to meet a clients specifications such as choosing different linings, adding/​removing zippers, and modifying a design to suit a specific body type. Once you own a Swaby piece also known lovingly as a Swaby Baby, you can bring it in for alterations and repairs anytime, because Shernett wants her clients to love and enjoy her pieces forever.
Between Swaby’s eye for detail, impeccable customer service, creative vision and personable demeanor, the line certainly has a very bright and successful future in store. But then again, designers like Shernett Swaby don’t come along everyday.

Shernette is an amazing designer! If you are looking for excellent quality and unique pieces, this is the designer for you. She is a Project Runway contestant with an incredible amount of talent.

No words can describe Shernette Swaby and her designs. A Project Runway finalist she is the epitome of couture fashion. We had an appointment to buy a handbag from her boutique. Her bags are amazing. Priced right for designer. She hand makes EVERYTHING in her store. Her demeanor and personality is nothing of a high end boutique which I LOVE. I cant wait to go back and get more.
Ps. Boutique is By Appointment Only… and she does get busy!

These people are so rude, I would never spend my money here! My girlfriend came in with the cutest bag, so another girlfriend and I were asking her about it. She told us and we went on the Swaby website to check them out. There was no information on the website other than a picture of the purses and garments and a «contact us.» Another girlfriend and I called to ask about prices and colors. The woman on the phone cut us off right away to deal with people «who were actually going to place an order.» Seriously? We called back again because our questions still weren’t answered, and she laughed on the phone as if we said something funny? That’s it! They obviously don’t realize anytime they sell something, they’re marketing their product. They just lost two sales — definitely at least one — and all my girlfriends that live in the neighborhood, I told them how rude this woman was over the phone. You would think in a struggling economy, customer service would be a little important — OR PUT THE INFO ON YOUR WEBSITE!
