Although the grass is great for our dogs, the customer service is horrible. It has been months since we have tried getting someone to come out to our place to deliver some bags of Zeolyte. Leo tells me he will call me back to schedule and three days later, still no phone call. There was never a follow-​up when we had some guys come out to inspect the lawn to see if we could move it to a new location on our deck (three months ago). I would’ve rated them one star but, we do find the Synlawn convenient for our older dogs.
