Zero stars for this location. We ended up having to go to another store. The person who waited on us had no idea of the promotions that were being offered. She couldn’t find my husbands already approved credit application in their system that he had done over the phone. She also didn’t know about the trade in offer, we were switching over from another carrier. So the next day my husband went to another location no problems at all, found his credit application really fast, gave us the correct information on the trade in on our phone, and knew about the promotions that were being offered. Huge difference!
