The place is nice but you need to go right when they open, if not, you’re there forever. They work on commission so keep that in mind when you go to ask questions. They’ll answer them but when you don’t buy they aren’t the friendliest. One guy, Fidel was very helpful and I was happy to go back and buy my husband a cell phone when it was needed. If you go ask for him not the other guys.

IPhone 6 preorder disaster 9⁄12 I called customer service(611) at 6AM to pre order the iPhone on the jump program. The wait for them to answer was 2 hours. Which was fine, i understand high call times. They said I can’t upgrade using jump over the phone, and that I would have to come in a store. :( So I waited tilt 10AM to come in the store. They were open, a little busy but i was seen by a rep quickly. The representative said the systems were down and that if I leave my name and number he/she would contact me when the systems are up so I can come in and complete the order. At 3PM still no call back so i decided to call them, they said system were still down and call back later. At 5PM, still no call, so i called them again. They said the systems were up and that I can come in. So i used my gas, time, and meter money to go up there AGAIN just so they can tell me the system is now down. They weren’t apologetic and basically shrugged their shoulders, and to told me to come the next day. The next day i call at 10AM(when they open). They said the systems are up and i should be fine to come. BUT now she tells me the phone is on backorder and they don’t know when i would get the phone. I’m the one to suffer when I’ve done everything in my power to receive the phone on the date of release. I never received that call back, no apology or sorry for the inconvenience. Quite frankly I don’t think I will never receive that apology. After looking for a different T-Mobile store online, I saw that I could order the iPhone online and get it the day after it’s released. I can say I will NOT be coming back here.

Not a great place to by a cell phone. I bought one cell phone here and the staff was friendly and willing to help, but gave us some false advice and didn’t apply my discount to my account. The next time I went they couldn’t even hook up to the network to upgrade my phone. Just too many mistakes at this place.
